New helmet looks cool, lovin' the high vis. Could be starting a trend with the chin mount camera 😉 The number of bikes you need is n + 1 where n = number of bikes currently owned 😅

Sounds good lolly. Yeah it's always best to stand out with hi vis

I have the same helmet. I use it for dual sport Enduro and a bit of road riding. It's amazing for the price. Definitely not amazing for going over 100km/h it's super noisy and the peak really picks up the wind (it's removable so that's definitely an option for long road rides). Be careful when removing the lining for washing, I've accidentally pulled the rear clips out entirely out of the helmet, put something between the two bits of the clip to separate them. Other than that, great helmet, love it.
You can get a visor that tints itself based on the amount of light (photochromic) for it, pretty cool upgrade.

Yeah it really is a good helmet and the fact it's got MIPS is outstanding at that price point. Too bad it doesn't have an internal sunglass visor but like you said you can get tinted visors so it's not all bad.

@@outie555 The mips was what sold it for me. You can also fit normal dirt bike goggles if you remove the visor, looks pretty cool like that too.

Helmet looks good mate, keen to see what bike you're getting. Let me know if you're keen for an adventure ride in the area, I'm always looking for new people to ride with.

Sounds good man. Honestly I have no idea how to adventure ride so looking forward to the new challenge. I picked the bike up yesterday afternoon. Seems good so far but still getting used to riding in MX boots and finding the gear lever and rear brake intuitively.

@@outie555 I personally chose to sacrifice some protection for comfort and use "adventure" style boots that are a bit more flexible unless I plan to ride very hard tracks. The MX boots will wear in with some use of course.
