    Just subscribed I am happy for you here we are at the end of 2019 I had to recently start again on road to recovery I am praying that the Lord keeps you and continues to bless you! I can relate to you in so many ways I feel.. bipolar disorder ptsd alcoholism has beaten me up.. but I’ll stay in prayer stay in the word 🙏

      Yes stay in the word and stay in community! Either church groups or AA, it makes such a difference. When I was going through this I can see now that shame kept me separate and feeling unworthy. It was only until I could face myself with others that real healing began. Keeping you in my prayers, keep me in yours as well and, please keep writing me so I know how you’re doing!! ❤️❤️❤️

    I'm 51 yrs old. I've struggled since March 1994 to stay sober. I've had periods of over 1 years 4 times but seems to turn to alcohol in depressions, being serious Bi polar
