Super impressive Dan! It’s such a pleasure to watch someone who really knows their stuff. I quite like those gloves! Thanks again for a great video - perfect to watch in a coffee break!
What in da hell did I just watch? 19mins worth of a magic show ? Firstly there was GLOVES ? Secondly floating camera angles ? Look Ma no hands 😂 Highly impressed by your professionalism and production improvements mate !! It’s always a pleasure to watch grow and improve! Thanks Dan for another one
I like a Worcester repair am glad Worcester made so many parts to specifically fail they keep me in work! Am sure Worcester could source some plastic that does not turn to mush on the flow adaptors but nope they continue to make them! Great video enjoyed it all. also a brave man working on the cream carpet am sure I would have knocked that tea over and got a few splashes of black system water on it!
Is it worth repairing a 15 year odd old boiler with £160 in parts and probably £150 in labour. Next few months the left hand block will go or the fan pcb etc etc they just become a money pit after a while...
You have got a point but with most boilers nowwell over £1000 it's worth repairing them and with the cost of living now not money people have got that money
My mate who used to work for Worcester is so quick last year we did one in a loft right hand block left hand block platt pumped up expansion vessel new prv all done in less than a hour lol
Thank you mate, yes you can get another option with no DV and a few other bits missing. It’s about £60 cheaper. But they’re a special order at my place so I just normally use this one. Thanks for the support buddy 🙏🏽
As a non plumber looks intimidating to get back there but like ya said guess its experience. How ya filming Dan it’s a great pov gonna be able to make some great content like this it’s like we there ❤
I hate that hand shredding Cr#p ! Not a fan of repairing WB boilers, the oil stuff is even worse than the gas. I am genuinely mystified how they were Which magazine top pick for so long? As all the service guys I know think the same as me........
I don’t mind repairing them to be honest, it’s good money and normally straight forward. But you’re right they do cut your hands to piece’s haha, as for which magazine, I’m not sure who votes for that.
@@Heatking I repair them but don't like them. Baxi cheaper, easier to work on, spares better priced and a Technical dept who are not RUDE on the odd ocasion I ever have the need to call. Boggles my mind when a customer pays that kind of money to keep a 14 year old boiler going. I also heard you say you stripped it down last year also. Literally could have bought and fit a new one. Totally not a dig at you btw. Great vid
Sorry didn’t mean strip it down, I meant replaced the flow turbine adapter last year haha. Never serviced this boiler. Its a customer what doesn’t get it serviced just repaired 🙄 cheers for the support mate 🙏🏽

Have you got any tips to change a red seal on a worcester erp, they're a nightmare as the electrodes are joined

@@Heatking keep up the good work 👏
That green boot as WB's solution to a design fault is still priceless. Don't bother fixing the design make an umbrella
We know it’s going to leak so we’ll put a hat on it for when it does 😂
