Great looking places, David.👍 Love the black & white in the bathroom. $1,550 is extremely reasonable. Rental prices are insane in our location.

Hello JT, rental prices are much higher than they were a few years ago for sure. Everything is going up, house prices, taxes, insurance, repairs and even the HOA's. Thanks for stopping by! :)

Your work has certainly paid off. It all looks great. You and your wife are hard workers. Everything looks great. I've been wondering where to get sinks and counter tops like the ones in the bathrooms. Any tips? Thanks.

My wife sources all that kind of stuff. I seam to recall they usually come from the same companies that do the counter tops. Thanks!

Beautiful homes! I'm glad you have so many. Was this a long time goal of yours from a pre-married young man? Or was this something you decided to do when you finished contracting overseas? Did you go to Iraq? I forget. I've met 3 men who were "contractors" & they all came home & became preppers when the contract ended. One man had caught a flesh wound. I just don't that prince's flesh is more valuable than the American man protecting him. Js. (edit) Sorry, he was British, not American.

Hello Hoot, I worked in the US, been on many bases but never shot at (Thank God). My wife is the ideas person. She will jump out of the plane without a chute and I will follow and figure out how to land it. Without her, I would not have done much, without me she would have hit the ground a long time ago... Team-Work makes the Dream-Work! :)

It has been my experience that their is no other way to fix it. So yes, it will have to be dug out and replaced.
