Jasper ive never seen your channel til today but somehow you got the BEST Interview with Mark Tremonti to date. Ive never seen him so honest on many topics🤟🏻🎸💯
Can we all just take a minute to appreciate how respectful and knowledgeable the interviewer is? Shout out to the editor too for interspersing the clips at the right parts. True fans. Very well researched.
Almost 20 years, 7 Albums and 93 original songs on their belt. Still showing consistency and quality throughout their work, keeping truth to themselves and to their core yet exploring different approaches and working hard not to fall into the easy path. Not to metion the side projects the members of the band have. They deserve a lot more credit tbh. AB 🤘❤️
AlterBridge is such a fantastic band. They don’t compromise on their music and are incapable of making a bad song. They never rest on their laurels by simply making the same album over and over again (like so many other bands). Rather, they are always progressing from one album to the next; with killer tracks on every one. Great band of musicians 👍💪
Great interview!! Mark Tremonti beyond his amazing talent , such a humble & nice person. No egos , just pure brilliance & talent! Alter Bridge just keeps on Rockin! ❤️🎶🎤🎸🤘
I love Mark. I loved Creed growing up, so when I heard Alter Bridge was forming in 2004, I waited patiently, and it became my favourite band immediately. I am also grateful to have seen him live many times, both solo and with Alter Bridge and Creed. Even got to meet him once in Europe, which was amazing. Really really beautiful soul.
I remember seeing Alter Bridge at the Carling Academy in Birmingham, UK 2008. Absolutley blew me away! I'd say because it was such a small venue I was very fortunate as it was like they were a grasp away. Now I feel miles away at the arenas the play at over here 😅 What a clever thing to do business wise in focussing on Europe to grow instead of the USA due to the Creed situation, very clever! Fantastic interview Jasper, new sub 🤘🏼
I just saw them perform in Berlin with Halestorm and Mammoth (WVH). It felt like a family event...the only thing missing were the kegs and the Grill. I really enjoyed the whole night! (We ALL WENT TO Our KNEES)
I feel like UA-cam has kind of ruined how musicians make money. I assume these music UA-camrs don't need to form a band, deal with weird band mates, A-hole producers, tour 3/4 of the year etc, and still make really good money... Same kinda deal with a lot of 9-5 jobs. The internet has opened up easier options for people to make it today.
True, however don't overestimate how many UA-cam content creators make a lot of money (especially if they are not creating original content but use in some way copywrite protected material) ;)
@@BelgianJasper that too... Lots of covers and stuff like that. Good interview with Mark, btw. Seeing him and the gang in Salt Lake City in March. Saw them pre co v I d and they were awesome...
Mark tremonti fan always have been. But no denial stapp and marks writing together made great song. I think tremonti and alterbridge is marks sort of hit back in ur face to those people that says he can’t play. Creed to me a little heavy but the melodies were great. No disrespect to Myles yes he has a reach but not really blended great with their songs my opinion. I hope mark and creed get back together this time. The first 3 AB albums I’d say great after that was more of repetitive if u will.
Thanks for sharing that TrewksburiZ - not everything is for everyone. Personally, I think AB is better than Creed but everybody gets to decide what they like :D

Where is the full interview the trailer had different clips from this
There's an extra bonus video with an extended segment on Woodstock 99 that was posted last month: ua-cam.com/video/Diy8Ylj4sUI/v-deo.html
Maybe know the album is called Pawns and Kings 🤷♂️🤦♂️
Yup I accidentally called it Kings & Pawns... hopefully that doesn't ruin the interview for you, it didn't for Mark...

Consider not telling him how he feels about things and shortening your questions so he has time to talk.
That's fair feedback, hope you still enjoyed the interview 👊
