A great mod for the LS4 is to swap an LS 1 crank in it! Destroking the engine causes a slight torque loss, but it moves the HP and torque peaks *_WAY_* up in the RPM's. It usually pushes the redline up over 7,000 RPM. On the interstate, you'd be absolutely clowning muscle cars!😂

The CTS-V and STS-V could have been based on VE and WM as well saving all that cost and giving excellent cars, they might have even been able to offer a Fleetwood luxury WM for the ailing livery industry that only had Lincoln and those garbage FWD Caddy platforms to use. GM could have had a sea of winners on last ts that actually compared to Lexus, MB and BMW rwd cars after they killed the trash FWD disposable junk they peddled for years before traction and stability control made rwd cars good on bad roads and not had the issues fwd had once HP was back up beyond idea.
