Glad you enjoyed NIGHTSTARS! Despite the game being pretty short, the team and I have put a lot of time and effort into it and we really appreciate all the support, feedback and criticism we've received.
*Hey, developer of Bibsy's here!* Glad you enjoyed the game, I wanted to quickly address the map issues. 1. The original game was for a game jam, which meant that I didn't have the time to make a very detailed map. 2. I was 13 at the time of developing the original, and it was the first full-on game development endeavor I took on. 3. Update 2 wasn't meant to become such a large update. Originally it was only meant to add things like new visuals and night 6, but no new characters or anything like that. It ended up growing during the process. I hope that clears things up to some degree.
As an absolute coward who doesn't like playing horror games but loves to learn about them, I cant express how much I appreciate this channel. I can trust unyeah to not jumpscare me so i can passively enjoy the background content and the contextual jumpscares he does show really help the experience. Great video!
I hate getting jumpscared but I still love trying some horror games for myself. Even if Im shaking the entire time and close the game the second I feel like smth is going to happen lol. The only horror games I was able to finish was outlast 1 and 2 and I actually recommend them. U propably know them by now but they aren't as scary as you think they are. Most of the game you parkour around trying to avoid the enemies so the "jumpscare" is expected when u mess up and isn't scary at all. Some jumpscares in cutscenes happen which will scare u but since its in a cutscene it doesn't have much of an impact
Yeah, I get what you mean. I was in the exact same spot as you. But then I did start to play a few fangames, and the overwhelming dread I used to feel as soon as I saw myself in the office started to fade away. Fazbear Entertainment: Storage is a good one to start, I think it's just so well designed that it eases you pretty well into the nights. Just, uh, be ready for Night 6, you have to learn stuff on the fly, or by trial and error, but most of it is feasibly learnable on the spot. Another good one, which I found simple enough to get started on, is Bubba's Diner. It has various tasks, you can explore the building freely in-between them. Only one of them tasks is typical office gameplay (I suggest you have a decent grip on the building's layout), but they're all pretty easy. Some are even relaxing. One that regards testing voice commands for one of the animatronics can be a little confusing, but it's easily done. And, the only task that I found really tense and scary is actually optional!
@@Mike14264 Yeah, can agree exactly with what you've experienced here. I used to literally basically kill myself from the fear of just being jumpscared, couldn't handle it in the slightest, now, though, I still get jumpscared but I'm not fearful of it and it doesn't prevent me from continuing and playing for longer.
The dev of Nightshift at Chungus's 1 & 2 here! Nice vid man! The second game is coming out soon I don't know when but soon. And to answer your question on why I used chungus was because no one had done it before (except that shitty mobile meme game). Also let me know when you stream NaC2 I'll definitely be there however I might miss it cause I got school.

I've played Nightstars for myself before, and honestly it's a very interesting fan-game. I really enjoyed it ! It's a well made challenge with a lot of charm from visuals to gameplay and jumpscares !
The funny thing is, I believe there was a cancelled Fnaf fan game a while back called Hidden Gems, and so when I saw the thumbnail, my mind went straight to that game. Brings me back
You absolutely need to do a video on the 5 nights at Warios series. Especially the 3rd one, that one has the best gameplay I’ve seen in a fnaf Fangame.

hard mode on nightstars seems pretty doable. you don't have to check any cams at all because the animatronics are visible in the doorway, soo you only ever have to switch to find cherry. after finding cherry you could force a cam reload by quickly wasting your remaining cam uses (basically click on cams randomly) so you are ready for the next attack
@@fnawfan oh really well then that confirms that they must have been inspired by IvanG then I mean I know the both the Jollibees games were deleted but still re using sound effects from them kinda is lazy tho

Update: The TV mode is replaced by channels 4 channels, being: Cameras, News about murder in nightstars, the TV show, a minigame of a fnaf 1 like office where every robot you block with doors give you coin which do nothing
Honestly i thought Bibsy was IvanG's latest work since it looked too similar to jolly's. Although IvanG already knows a TON of stuff about making a fnaf fan game so the blandness woud've probably been different

i appreciate these videos showing me some good fnaf fangames so i dont have to sift through the endless sea of terrible or unfinished ones on gamejolt.
I feel like FNAF fangame makers are the only people who actually use Clickteam Fusion these days purely because Scott used it, despite the fact that it is _comically_ outdated and there's way better engines out there, even for free. Even Sonic fangames have largely been moving towards Godot, Game Maker and Unity after CTF being so commonly used in the scene for so many years. I mean, whatever floats your boat, but the last time I tried to use it it struck me how _awful_ everything was and never tried it again. I especially don't envy anyone trying to use the event system, especially since it requires you to replicate _all of the gameplay logic for each scene._ It's utter madness.
As much of a sin as is it, I forgot that ONAF existed, so I went back and downloaded them to replay them. I'm happy you reminded me of them, because they gave me a racing heart I forgot I needed every once in a while.
Well, you did say to suggest which new fnaf fan game to play, so... Here's one: Fazbear entertainment storage. It was covered by SirFiftyFive(I think that's how you say it) so.. Yeah! It's pretty good! :D
Ima be honest Bibsy seemed like it used the idea of Point in click moving from the first Jollibees and the Breathing From Jollibees Phase 2 I kinda felt like they got inspired by them not saying it’s a bad thing but kinda still using there idea if you get what I’m saying

Bibsy walking portion looks like jollybees alot
OMG INSANIQUARIUM MUSIC IN A MODERN VIDEO 3:26!! YESSS!!! and even my favorite song in the soundtrack!! i couldn’t be happier!
The crash at the end was so dramatic, I hope Maxwell survived
Ayo I could've sworn you're playing inasniquarium music during the video! Can't believe there are people out there that remember this game
I remember when the hidden gems trailer came out. Used to watch it a lot back on 2016
I hope you can cover the recent game JRS that came out, I think it has unique gameplay that you might enjoy!
It's so sad that UhYeah died in that ship wreck. R.I.P 😔
As much of a sin as is it, I forgot that ONAF existed, so I went back and downloaded them to replay them.
I'm happy you reminded me of them, because they gave me a racing heart I forgot I needed every once in a while.
“I’m not sure why he chose big chungus”
What else were you expecting from a guy named memesauce?
Bipsey's looks like the Jolly/Jollibee fan games
can you just give me a list off all the music used in this video you have great soundtrack selection skills
In this video, he was playing one of the songs from inasniquarium
"Just let me shoot an animatronic in the face with a gun, and I'll be satisfied" wait until he hears about Bubba's Diner...
Pizza tower may not be a horror game, but you are still allowed to do this
Wish someone would mix Night Trap with all this animatronic stuff. Not the FMV part. Just the... escort mission from a control room kind of gameplay.
The fact he jokes about his sponsor and selling out then then moves on in not even a second is fucking hilarious
Have you ever heard of FNAY(Five nights at Yoshi's). I love that one specifically the 2020 version.
thanks for some suggestions i can try to play on my channel love these videos tbh
One night at chungus may not be as high quality, but it makes up for it in being awesome
I know this was made a year ago, ergo, no one will probably see this, but I feel like NIGHTSTARS is a BEASTARS FNaF game
Love your content and always will.
Watched when you started, wish I could join your discord server but my severe social anxiety keeps me from doing so.
Please keep up the great content, assuming you enjoy doing it that is!
Bro that pirate lookin' dapper af gawd dayum

6:35 There's a Fangame called Twisted Reality by Panpaii where you have to use a flamethrower
to defend yourself.
