Al Capone also known as "Scarface" was a notorious gangster and businessman during the Prohibition era in 1920s and 1930s Chicago, Illinois. Born as Alphonse Gabriel Capone, he became the boss of the Chicago Outfit (Chicago Mafia). The Saint Valentine's Day Massacre, in which seven gang rivals were murdered in broad daylight, damaged the public image of Chicago and Capone, leading influential citizens to demand government action and newspapers to dub Capone "Public Enemy No.1". Capone was jailed for tax evasion. He was later moved from Atlanta U.S. Penitentiary to Alcatraz Federal Penitentiary. This video showcases Al Capone's real historical speaking voice and how he would have talked like according to his grand niece Deirdre Marie Capone who still remembers from memory. This video includes an interview of Deirdre Capone telling her story.

I visited his grave site in Chicago a couple years ago, it had rained earlier that day. The air wasn't cold or warm, no wind. Just me. Walked up to the grave to see a long stemmed orange flower, not a carnation but something like it, a bunch of pennies, and a cigar that had expanded open due to the rain. To be fair he was a killer; sure she did a admit that there were two different versions; one business and one family man; which can happen to any working person. But again we have to realize say He was in the mafia and was a killer. Even if there were good intentions to make his people of the city have better lives, there were unnecessary things that shouldn’t have happened.
@@mr.patriotjol I'm sorry but Al Capone was not in the Mafia or Cosa Nostra. He was never an inducted member (made man). I apologise if this upsets you. He did have so much power, that the " outfit", was practically a separate entity, in his time. He also only ruled for 6 years, that's a smart guy right there. 6 years, to become the biggest and most well known Mobster in history. He was also sadly, too flamboyant, that was his downfall.

This is fantastic, this addition of sound does nothing less than bring alive the man's character where are first we only had a void. it adds such a lot of depth, it is almost as if it veritably adds a complete dimension! Now imagining someone like Capone normality would be scary. After all what we think we know about him is that he was not only a smuggler and someone who ran illegal breweries, exploited gambling houses and prostitutes (and used their services) and came down hard on anybody that opposed him, but now we suddenly are granted a view, a taste, how to say it? .. some bytes of how this individual was as a person, a human.
