That copper damascus is stunning but reminds me of a gift I made for my dad this past Christmas. It was an end grain Monkey Pod cutting board made from a live edge slab, and his initial comment was that he will never use it because it's too beautiful. At first I was offended, but I get it. He'll never get rid of it, but in his kitchen he'll continue to use something else that he doesn't care about damaging.
A lot of knife companies (that I’ve noticed), at least over the last year or two. IMO… Have brought prices down considerably compared to when higher grade knife steels (super steels) and more premium handle options first started showing up. With the market getting flooded with new knife makers/companies etc. Plus depending on the manufacturing process, which has a lot to do with pricing. Depending on which company/maker you choose, you can sometimes score a really good deal on a premium knife these days. You just have to find something you’re interested in (maybe save a few bucks here & there) and pull the trigger. I personally just follow a few creators on the UA-cam’s and if I see something that catches my attention. I tend to watch several reviews on that particular blade (or flashlight, electronic device etc) and if it really peaks my interest?! I usually end up adding to cart. “If” I have disposable income, which during today’s market!? It’s not too often… 😢😅 Anyways, hope you find something you’re interested in that brings you joy for years to come n’ such lol. Stay safe out there!❤️🇺🇸👊🏼
22:42 here are a few of my thoughts on these 1) my kitchen scissors split apart like that B) they are little bit like fat versions of the skeleton knife you showed earlier in the video. and III) kinda remind of a dive knife but curved or maybe like a throwing knife from a movie? im pretty sure an ideal throwing knife you'd probably want a bit longer but you can probably make it work.
Every one of those fixed blades are very nice. A couple are show queens, but wow are they beautiful. That OTF as well… Unique! Thanks for the review and nice additions to the collection. Stay safe brother!❤️🇺🇸👊🏼 ps- A ban on any knife is insane IMO…
Wow- you got some great knives- I get your love for the fixies and I know you collect as well as carry BUT- how many can you carry at once? With folder most folks can carry several

I'm in the wealth bracket that hasn't even seen the store page of a knife that has a fat carbon option 😂
Fatcarbon or gmascus slabs are not that horribly expensive - I've dabbled in the idea of making my own custom scales before. 😋
