  • In this travel vlog we'll show you an overnight cruise with Real Journeys on Doubtful Sound New Zealand. The cruise included a kayak tour through the wilderness as well as viewing seals. If you're asking Doubtful Sound vs Milford Sound, this video might help you decide!
Doubtful Sound takes quite the effort to get to the cruise, which might steer some to visit the much more accessible Milford Sound. While the sheer cliffs aren't as majestic as Milford, Doubtful Sound is remote and serene, much more peaceful and less crowded than Milford. There is no wi-fi or cell service, so you're totally detached and relaxed on this cruise. It's a tough choice, regardless of what you choose, Doubtful Sound vs Milford Sond -- but we like being a bit more remote, adventurous, and less touristy.

Good commentary from a tourist perspective.

I know you're up on things but just wanted to tell you two to take precautions. Things are getting crazy back here in the USA as they are overseas too. I loved NZ. So pretty and the culture reminded me of Hawaii.

Thanks for the concern, a lot of folks have been reaching out to us and we actually made a video about how the virus is affecting us as well (it’s kind of lighthearted, we’re fine) but the internet here in the Cook Islands is underwhelming, we’ve been uploading the video for 3 days now 🤷🏻‍♂️ Nothing we can really do but watch the news with fingers crossed that the US (and the rest of the world) make smart decisions and get through this outbreak!

Haha- the rest of the world pronounces it 'aluminium' because that's how it's spelt. We've always wondered what Americans had against the second 'i.' Love your videos.

That particular song is "Or" by David Charrier (apologies for the late reply - I wanted to get you the actual song instead of just the artist) ✌
