I watched it with Killa Kev live stream and I couldn't believe SU had so many tempo problems which is very disappointing but I will say Alcorn probably had a few questionable songs but other than that I'll say Alcorn took the zero by a hair bit. They came with it didn't back down their tubas was on one.

Man I was expecting a lot more than this..both bands were underwhelming..and this is what I keep telling people about alcorn, yes they have improved but the consistency in sound etc is just not there..they sound like a different band from just a few weeks ago against JSU and even though Su doesn’t sound their best they are still Su and much better than alcorn..and a lot of people talk about JSU’s trumpets and them getting those old sections back but Su’s trumpets are weak too
90% of SU trumpet section is underclassmen. JSU trumpet section is not as bad as the people on UA-cam make it to be
futtmill they may be weaker than previous years but let’s not lie SU trumpets still slap and that’s not something we can say about JSU or even the majority of the swac when it comes to trumpets

Snap Shawwty compared to how they been sounding, it’s really different how they sounded. Like they just picked up the horns and said fuck it. All these other games, when they warmed up, they sounded like a mature band. Its like they didn’t really open up until later on in the zero or the songs they played wasn’t ready to come out. Hell Southern has the same issue but you can reek they warmed up.
