We have more than 68 local languages in Ivory Coast, the first language is French but we speak "Noushi" which is the ivorian version of the french language. Stop your awful thinking. You are black that should be your validation, Christian or Muslim are former slavers of black. Being africa and black should be what defines you
Why is it that you are speaking french and communicating with your countrymen in french. Why don’t you speak your native tongue my brother. I’m only interested no disrespect.
@H.K It's because Ivory Coast has 60 different tribes and each tribe has its own language. That's why French was made an official language and it's taught at school so that we can all understand one another. But when u move to the northern territory, Djoula language will be prevalent, even that, it will be spoken with French sprinkle all over it as u will see in my up coming videos. Yh bro each country in Africa has multiple tribes with their own language sometimes you’ll use a more dominant language to communicate depending on where you are in the country.
@@jenkinsjenkins1199 You are correct, it could also be for a political reason, I am not sure. If you go into the interior (mostly) you will find that Djoula is widely spoken, even also in Abidjan in most cases. @@ronaldmadziro5679 the cfa franc is not a French currency. Your currency is nowhere near the cfa franc in terms of stability. Do you know why international investors prefer Cote D'Ivoire to Ghana? It's because Ghana doesn't have a stable currency. Wattara bows down to the French because he owes his presidency to them and ECOWAS. He was imposed against the will of the people on the country. That doesn't make the country a French country. Bagbo did oppose the French until he was bombed by ECOWAS and the French. Ghana has millions of citizens in ivory coast trying to survive. And if ivory coast closes it's border to Ghana you will all starve there
This tittle is totally misleading, he is showing Abidjan and referring to it as a capital city of Cote de Ivoire. That is not correct. The capital of Cote de Ivoire is Yamoussoukro, a city that is laying decaying in the middle of the country. It hosts the biggest church in the world, "Notre Dame de la Paix". Abidjan is just the economic hub of the country and de facto capital of the country.
@Chocon Yamoussoukro being a capital of Ivory Coast is just for a political reason, nothing else is done there, regarding administrative works or anything else, everything is in Abidjan. Yamoussoukro is just an inflated small town.
That's lie. Yamoussoukro is not decaying. I spent 5 years there. The city is continuously being renovated and it is the political capital with many great building. It is known for education, hotel, government activities..Today there is a highway from Abidjan to Yamoussoukro (250 km). The next step will be to transfer public, political offices, embassies,
@@bvbouba1997 I could tell people to spend $3000 to take a trip to Yamoussoukro to see if I am lying. Wow you're back home.
Back to home !
Beautiful
Good 👍
Damn, very clean city.
Would love to live there!
People in Africa only speak European languages? What happened to local languages?
No we do not only speak European languages lol. We do visitors a favour when we speak European languages with them.
Errrm colonialism 😏
Of course not. But due to colonialism, the primary language in many African countries includes a European language.
@@AntonsClass sadly
We have more than 68 local languages in Ivory Coast, the first language is French but we speak "Noushi" which is the ivorian version of the french language. In one way it helps people to communicate in a single language so let's keep the positif here but all the other are spoken by the natives as well regarding their tribal language
I am black Muslim if I go to ivorian coast will they beat me up for being Muslim
The president is muslim
The President is Muslim, almost 50% of the population is Muslim, what are you talking about?
Lol black Muslim.
Lol black Muslim.
Stop your awful thinking. You are black that should be your validation, Christian or Muslim are former slavers of black. Being africa and black should be what defines you
Im in tears
Ivory Coast was head of its time in terms of development.
They won't bother because they are not concerned about the immigration or whether their folks back home will see what they do abroad.
How Africans reacted to you in France was terrible, hope you have a better time in Africa, wishing you all the best, love your content
This is ours on the concacaf youtube channel
Why is it that you are speaking french and communicating with your countrymen in french. Why don’t you speak your native tongue my brother. I’m only interested no disrespect.
@H.K
It's because Ivory Coast has 60 different tribes and each tribe has its own language. That's why French was made an official language and it's taught at school so that we can all understand one another. But when u move to the northern territory, Djoula language will be prevalent, even that, it will be spoken with French sprinkle all over it as u will see in my up coming videos.
Thanks for your comment, and please stay tuned
Yh bro each country in Africa has multiple tribes with their own language sometimes you’ll use a more dominant language to communicate depending on where you are in the country.
@@jenkinsjenkins1199
You are correct, it could also be for a political reason, I am not sure. If you go into the interior (mostly) you will find that Djoula is widely spoken, even also in Abidjan in most cases.
I might give u another example:
You cannot expect everybody in Lagos Nigeria to be speaking in Hausa to communicate with one another, but you will communicate in Pidgin English.
I hope that will help explain Ivorien situation.
@@visualpoet1 hausa is only spoken in northern nigeriait is non-existent in the south, except for hausa immigrants
They were colonized by the french and love it

Oh wow, fucking UA-cam doesn't recommend your channel anymore. I had to look for it, I couldn't even remember the name. I searched black in Israel/Palestine. Glad I am back

@@alihassan-hr4jj that's a lie. Ivorians have more than 60 ethnic languages spoken, same is most african countries. I assume english is not your language either.
Good job
Abidjan porto De vou is a FRENCH TOILET IN AFRICA. THERE IS NO FORMER COLONY OF FRANCE AND NO NEOCOLONIALISTS IN THE FRANCOPHONE. FRANCE RULES WITH PHONE FROM PARIS.
When you see the infrastructure, electricity supply, health care and the stability of the local currency, compare that to their English counterpart in west Africa with the darkest capital cities, most malnourished people, lack of medicine and pipe born water supply, unpaved road. One would definitely wants their countries policy to be run in PARIS
@@kabbabrema2866 I prefer true freedom than some form of economic slavery to France. When the English speaking African nations thrive, they enjoy it 100% coz they are truly free, unlike French speaking nations have to rely on France coz they cannot stand on their own 2 feet. Its why Ghana is preferred to Ivory Coast as there is genuine black ownership, rather than fancy roads, buildings owned by France .We need ownership, not reliance or servitude to Neo-colonialism.
@@ronaldmadziro5679 Ghana is nowhere near Ivory Coast. Doesn’t matter how much noise you make
@@MsHelene2009 Haha, Ghana has her own currency, she is a sovereign nation, unlike Ivory Coast which uses French Colonial currency and the Ivorian President is a French puppet who bows down to Macron and kisses his French bum.....yuck!
@Chocon
Yamoussoukro being a capital of Ivory Coast is just for a political reason, nothing else is done there, regarding administrative works or anything else, everything is in Abidjan.
But why spend all that money when you can just go online and see all the recent post of people that visited that city and are showing the sad state of decay. Even the famous Basilica of Notre Dame de la Paix is decaying for lack of care. Even the crocodiles at the presidential palace have been escaping because they can not stand it no more. Stop lying to yourself and to the people of the Ivory coast.
@@chocon8818 there you go.you watch that video on the internet about Yamoussoukro. It was a bit exaggerated to sell more views. Even some foreigners on the comment section challenged the title. Even the content has nothing to do with the title. You should go visit the city. You won’t regret it.
Hey Brother 💕
This episode is my favorite, it reminds me lot of things behind me.
Ivory coast belongs to France
True ,it's very much a French Colony. Look at how French military behave in the Country, I saw a video of French troops harrassing locals, this would never happen in other African nations, you won't see British military harassing people in Ghana or Tanzania, coz those nations are truly free.Ivory Coast needs to free itself from grip of Paris control.
Are you saying africans cannot build a country like this one ?
