  • Want to put yourself in the perfect position at impact? Watch this video: rotaryswinggolf.lpages.co/gt-... Many players have an issue with bending their right arm too soon in the backswing (left arm if you're left handed). Why is this important? Simple, you lose power and you also lose the ability to truly put yourself in the proper position in the back swing.
    The big problem?
Most don't realize they do it and the ones who do, don't really know the right way to fix it....

This is super valuable for someone (like me) who is struggling on whether it is left side lead or right side lead, so thank you so much! 😄🤝Even though it is not explicit in your video, you also answered a question about when to hinge the wrist - there is no when, it just happens naturally when one rotates his shoulders! Appreciate if you can address hip movement and weight shift in your next video as i think it is these two moves that glue everything together. Thank you again. I was your RST student and admirer for a long time. You're one of the earliest UA-cam golf gurus.

You resolved something or reminded me about something I learned early in my RST journey: the movement of the right shoulder in the backswing to get both arms extended. I took that movement or what felt like that movement to the range today. I started out hitting an old persimmon head 5 wood. Not sure why I did that, but after a few warmup shots I started hitting some really solid shots. The feel translated to my irons and so today was my best ball striking bucket of balls in quite some time. By the way, with things that I have learned from this GOAT series, I shot my first decent round of golf in perhaps a year this past weekend. Thanks.

Arms extending outwards in the backswing, but shoulders kept in and not becoming unconnected from the torso in terms of movement?
