One Punch Heizou build: 2pc wiridescent for anemo damage 2pc gambler for elemental skill increase Skyward atlas for elemental damage bonus Hp (G) atk (W) atk (W) anemo damage (W) crit damage (G) His E needs to be at least lvl 9. Hold E to charge his damage and once you realise, you should 1 punch most of normal mobs in game.
Got Heizou in my first 10 pulls for Kazuha and got him to C3 after 70 wishes. Also got my guaranteed Kazuha but the biggest shock I had today was C1 Kazuha in just 20 pulls after, I was only trying for Heizou cons so was pleasantly surprised to get an early 5* and won the 50/50 on my main acc since I've never won a 50/50 after Yoimiya and have lost 7 50/50s in a row before that C1 Kazuha.
Great video as always. Heizou looks so fun to play sadly i only got thoma in every 10 pull but its ok i won an early 50/50 anyways. Joining and helping newbies is always fun but im kinda worried now coz i feel like they rely on me too much and even message me in discord to help them even when im offline. But i still love helping them even when they r high ar now

Got a C1 Heizou along with Leafy boi. With decent set Im able to hit arround 40-50k with Max stack E(lvl8). Im very happy with his overall kit. Using him as a Taser team driver is very fun.

Heizou is so fun. His swirl and explosive passive(?) thingy are satisfying. But he barely came though, 65 pity and i only got him once.
