I mean, how would you go about leaking an animated video? Since genshin's beta they've been leaking character models, stuff that are already in the game files. I think it's safe to say none of the Harbingers beside Scaramouche, Childe and Rosalyne have a character model yet
Even if they are villains and it says on the official website that they haven't gotten together in a very long time, they all gathered to mourn their fallen comrade, which adds even more respect to them design without words at all I was very surprised!
They aren't villains, they're rather morally grey since their actual purpose which is the rebellion against the divine/celestia is what makes them the true "heroes" in the story.
Maybe there will be a plot twist that the Fatui's goal is actually good and all 7 Archons recognize it and provide them aids against the other bad guys (maybe the Celestia force) to release Teyvat from the world of Gods, to give the people of Teyvat the rights to have free will.

Since the first time i saw him in this Video i knew that he will be my favorite harbinger. It hurts so deeply that hoyo really did this to him. (They better bring him back at all cost)
I actually can't stop rewatching this video. This is what Genshin Impact's story should focus on. The contrast between the dark tragedy of Khaenri'ah, the malicous harbingers of the Tsaritsa, and the hopes and dreams of the citizens of Teyvat. I think bringing more of these dark undertones to the story will really bring out a fantastic contrast. I just couldn't help making another comment just to highlight how good this teaser is so they make more.
Tsaritsa might not even be evil or anything, remember that Zhongli gave his gnosis willingly alas for something in exchange but it means that Zhongli sees and understands her point of view which will for sure be a plot twist.
Damn, this actually gave me the chills. Was not expecting them to reveal all the harbinger’s this early and they all look stunning. Cant wait to learn more!!
Natlan trailer was amazing but this is just next-level. I love the Harbingers, especially Dottore. (The only ones I dislike are Arlecchino, Scaramouche, Pantalone and Pulcinella.)
1:22 I came back here because I now realized why arlecchino was so upset here. She really respected signora and she's actually one of the first harbingers she met. Signora also visits the house of the hearth and give children gifts to be closer with them
Yeah, I love how they show you their personalities here to give you a good gist of how these characters will be. Arlecchino, Childe, and Sandrone are hinted to be the “good guys” in this room, while the others are a bit more aloof and calculating. Columbina is also kinda creepy, and Wanderer’s description of her seems to back up my thoughts about her.
@@eruchan_1856Arlecchino actually showed a lot of emotions in the Fontaine Archon questline, where whenever she was alone with the Traveler or Furina, showed that she cares more about others than herself. She’s twisted but is still benevolent to other people and forgiving. Her recent story quest backed this up as well and it was so beautifully done.
The fact that Childe didnt want to argue or fight, not to mention during the funeral. He sat in the back and far away from the others. It shows how different he is than the other Harbingers in the room

Well the fatui in Monstand who always talk after every aq finishes did say that Capitano's position won't change thats what Tsaritsa said... I don't think the melody just doesn't come with Signora's theme, Tartaglia's final form theme has the same melody as well. I'm guessing it's the Harbingers theme/melody, in general.
It's actually more like a Fatui Harbingers motto, since a similar melody can be heard in the fight with Childe. And from what is heard in this video, we can confirm this tune being their motiff

@@The-all-powerful-avatar ngl some of story quests have as similar approach as disney’s. they prioritize positive moral messages over thrilling storytelling. but it doesn’t mean it’s that bad, it’s just a bit disappointing because people have known they went dark for honkai. so it’s just more like it doesn’t meet the audiences’ expectations. however, knowing the circumstances, hoyo’s works have been amazing so far.
The music in Genshin never fails to astonish. I loved how they modified Signora's theme. In her battle the music had glimpses of a cold and sad loneliness but it was covered by the burning rage and hatred as complimented by her elements. And now as the fire is gone. All that remains is that sorrowful melody which is quite evident in this current scenario.
I can't express how hyped I feel right now. The harbingers in one place, the designs, the words, the voices, the music, the COMPLETE UNEXPECTED RELEASE OF THIS VIDEO all, everything in this whole video legitly gave me chills. Hat down, Hoyoverse. I am speechless.

At first, when I saw the cover, I was pretty confused, thinking, "Oh, maybe a new character? or a concert announcement?" But then when I clicked it I. WAS. SHOCKED. Really didn't expect such a HUGE drop from Hoyoverse.

If Snezhnaya was really inspired by Russia, making Childe seem a bit quieter than usual was the right move. Let me explain why: as a russian I've seen lots of people "blooming" and becoming more open and cheerful after moving from Russia. Seems like you unconsciously become more closed off when you spend time in this country. Nonetheless, very doubtful that the game maker knew about this quirk, but even if it's a coincidence, it makes everything look more natural for a russian player.

Giving them all similar Harbinger outfits was a stroke of genius imo. They get to reveal the characters and their faces, without completely revealing their designs or elements!

I better see these harbingers killing characters left and right. We need something new to the table. That foreshadowing of the chess and that quote is enough to say people will die and not just a ruler.

Also, I remember Scaramouche also hating Childe among the harbingers, so it doesn't necessarily mean that Marionette is on the younger side. But maybe.
Tsaritsa literally means queens in Bulgarian. I find it funny when they say "Tsaritsa, the Queen.." because they are pretty much saying "Queen, the Queen.."
I'm assuming Sumeru is going to completely packed with Fatui lore, which is amazing. And Collei's story should be very interesting, can't wait to see her connections to the Fatui!

The art in the video brings out the fact that Childe has no sparkle in his eyes even better and I really appreciate that. The way he looks so cold and serious compared to when we meet him as the traveller is also an extremely pleasant touch. Very happy lore enthusiast here. Dottore's new design and his voice reveal gave me chills; this psycho is definitely not to be trifled with. After some digging because I was like "Pantalone's voice is painfully familiar", I have come to the conclusion that there is NO WAY his voice actor isn't J Michael Tatum. It's interesting how they referred La Signora as Rosalyne, the name of her past. This probably indicates they really know her past and at least somewhat understood or respect her choices. Yeah, I love how they show you their personalities here to give you a good gist of how these characters will be. Arlecchino, Childe, and Sandrone are hinted to be the “good guys” in this room, while the others are a bit more aloof and calculating. Columbina is also kinda creepy, and Wanderer’s description of her seems to back up my thoughts about her.

She’s twisted but is still benevolent to other people and forgiving. Her recent story quest backed this up as well and it was so beautifully done.

The music in Genshin never fails to astonish. I loved how they modified Signora's theme. In her battle the music had glimpses of a cold and sad loneliness but it was covered by the burning rage and hatred as complimented by her elements. And now as the fire is gone. All that remains is that sorrowful melody which is quite evident in this current scenario.

Let me explain why: as a russian I've seen lots of people "blooming" and becoming more open and cheerful after moving from Russia. Nonetheless, very doubtful that the game maker knew about this quirk, but even if it's a coincidence, it makes everything look more natural for a russian player.

The art in the video brings out the fact that Childe has no sparkle in his eyes even better and I really appreciate that. The way he looks so cold and serious compared to when we meet him as the traveller is also an extremely pleasant touch. Very happy lore enthusiast here.
