  • **FISH WITH MUSSELS STEAMED (ΨΑΡΙ ΚΑΙ ΜΥΔΙΑ ΑΧΝΙΣΤA
    INGREDIENTS
    - 1 fatty fish, approximately 1 kg
    - 400g mussels
    - 2 zucchinis
    - 6 small carrots
    - 2 to 3 small onions or 3 slices of onion
    - Stems from the dill
    - 6 small potatoes or 2 medium-sized, cut into pieces
    - 6 radishes
    - 2 bay leaves
    - 2 star anise
    - Salt, white pepper
    -150ml olive oil
    - 1 glass of water
    - Zest of 1 lemon
    - Juice of 2 lemons
    - Dill for serving
    *Method:*
    1. In a pot, place the fish and mussels with 1 glass of water and half of the olive oil from the recipe. Add salt and pepper, cover, and simmer for 2 minutes until the mussels open. Once they open, remove them from the pot.
    2. Add the vegetables, lemon zest, star anise, and bay leaves. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
    3. Remove the fish, clean it, and place it on our serving plate. Take out the vegetables and arrange them alongside the fish, along with the mussels.
    4. To the broth, add the remaining olive oil and lemon juice, and let it simmer for a few more minutes. Finally, strain the broth and pour it over the fish, mussels, and vegetables, garnishing with a bit of dill on top.
