This is one of reasons why Nergigante is more worthy of the title “Destruction-Incarnate” than the Rajang. In addition to his strength, smarts, raw destructive power, warrior’s heart, and the fact that he is nature’s balancing mechanism, he’s got the right theme songs to go with it all.
In fact, Nergigante is not a destroyer, he balances the New World's ecosystems, giving the title of Rajang to Nergigante would be against his role in the New World.

Why they didn't recycle this theme for Ruiner I'll never surmise, as it's practically a better theme than the original in every way. Obviously music is a very subjective artform, but I personally felt the original was rather goofy at parts, whereas this genuinely gives you the feeling of fighting one of the canonically strongest elder dragons in the series.
