As always the walk-around by the technician surpasses that of the sales person. Something that should be added to the demonstration is suggestion that the owner purchase and keep a cordless drill, 3/4 inch socket for the stabilizers and a 1 1/16 inch socket, a torque wrench, and replacement anode rod to service the water heater. But really important and never discussed is how you change a tire on the side of the highway. Forest River might provide a spare tire but who provides the wrench and tire jack to get the tire off and on?

That is very good information! Most manufacturers do not provide a jack for the trailer, so it's important to make sure you have one in your vehicle that will work with both your vehicle and your trailer! Thanks for your suggestion!

Our dealer told us we don't have to lubricate the slide out rail. This type of rail isn't supposed to need it.
