It is a pity those S-stock trains are so expensive and were restricted to sale by the London Transport Museum. It makes it so difficult to model an underground station without going to enormous expense! Thanks for uploading.
Agreed, it would be nice as well if they could be produced for N guage as well. What with those - if there were N guage Class 117 DMU's available as well - there would be just the ticket!
Little & Large Layout thanks! Its very much a work in progress as you can tell, but yeah im hoping it will prove popular for exhibitions when the time comes!
@KOOTHA KOOTHA Don't know what you're on about. If only you watched Harefield Road's latest videos as there's so much effort put into it, it looks much different now than what it was 7 months ago. Model railway layouts don't have to be realistic, it's up to the maker to do whatever they like, not you. Even the grandest doesn't have the same amount of detail as their real-life counterpart. If you don't like them because they're "far from realistic," make one yourself and let's see if you'll say the same thing. As you're on UA-cam, why not update us on your progress? Otherwise, if you're just going to nitpick layouts that had hours of blood, sweat and tears: shut your mouth, to put it kindly!
This is soo good! I think it is 1000000000000000000000000000000000/10! You spent a lot of time doing this! It should get more likes, also do you have a London midlands model?
One train that no one has yet modelled is the S stock delivery train. It usually is formed of 4 class 20's and 4 14T four wheeled tankers. There are two class 20's and two 14T tankers either end of the S stock formation. Usually the S stock has been heavily graffitied from being left in the sidings at the Derbyshire factory they are made at. This train can be usually found on the chiltern railways route between Birmingham and London Marylebone station and usually stops at the a station near where I live in Solihull.

Excellent layout! There's not that many london underground layouts on youtube, so it's good to see a new one being developed!
