It’s amazing the rate in which they are constructing this highway! 1:55 that area is for runaway ramps for trucks and other large vehicles with brake failures. I think they will be building 2-3 of them on this leg. Like on those we see on the North South leg. U just identified one let’s see if you can identified the other areas. CHEC have learn from their previous highway construction in Jamaica and has now perfected the art of constructing them here. The experience and the topography challenges are no match for CHEC anymore. If Jamaica should now hire another intl highway construction company they would surely won’t have it this easy as CHEC. Julian, I wish you were doing this when the North South Edward Seaga highway was being constructed. There's no real coverage of that highway construction. I could just imagine how your coverage would have been second to none.
