In this video, I’ll preview two new pruning functions being added to our Liberty range, Hedged EA, and possibly the Profit Retriever. These updates are rolling out in the next week! 📈
🌟 What’s Behind These Changes?
We’ve seen some intense trends recently:
Aussie Yen: 700 pips trend with minimal retracement.
Pound Yen: 1,000 pips trend, causing issues for profit retrieval EAs.
These new functions aim to tackle these challenges!
✂️ New Pruning Techniques
1. Two Trade Pruning Technique
When It Activates: After 5 open trades (adjustable).
How It Works: Closes two trades simultaneously-one retraced trade and one negative trade to offset it.
2. Gap Pruning Technique
When It Activates: In strong trends where retracements are minimal.
How It Works: Closes trades at 50% retracement of the gap size.
You can choose to use one, both, or none of these techniques.
