Those changes are amazing! I have a question about the hedge function that you showed. What is the difference between Hedge EA and RSI if both can be hedged? :) Is it only about the signal trigger, which is crossing MA for Hedge EA and RSI for RSI Liberator? I'm asking as the name in this case could be slightly confusing, Hedge EA indicates hedging and suggests that other EAs do not have this function.
The hedging done by the liberty range only happens if there is a trading signal - the hedging of the hedge EA happens when there are distressed open trades

So far my testing using the printing function is going great. However, I'm thinking about the strategy that you have. That opens or starts. The permanent function based currently on how many grids are open. And I was wondering whether it would be a great idea to instead. Have an entry based on draw down period right now. The only draw down safety net that we have is the f TMO setting and it closes everything rather than just pruning the losing treat some of the losing trades.. If we could prune at A certain percentage draw down.I think this could be a great strategy to add.
We have not added that as our EAs are not recommended for Prop trading. You can however apply that manually. Activate pruning when required manually
I wasn't specifically talking about FTMO at all. what I'm suggesting is that if we had it set up once we hit a certain draw down to activate pruning, this would help us to potentially limit our draw down at a certain point... for example, I could set it to start pruning at 15% or a 20% draw down.
when will the Pruning be added to the wave and hedged EAs?
In the next 10 days or so. We are waiting for market feedback to see if traders like the changes to the RSI Liberator
@@Expert4x yeah I actually agree with that because I do have a few suggestions, since I've been back testing the pruning function for few hours now, and the main one I am interested in is the first and last because its the most useful one in long trends because it moves the whole group further up. but I think where you are taking the power out of that function is by using the gap size for the last trade to close the first trade regardless of what the P/L is, and most likely it will be a loss unless the multiplier is large like 1.5 or above.
I think you should change the Algo to be how pruning is done in most other EAs which is one there is a retracement and the last trade profits covers the first trade + it closes it. and in most EAs you get to choose how much profit you want above cost when pruning in USD
otherwise the balance pruning and the gap pruning will always keep the first trade so if the trend never comes back that stressed group trades will never be closed. yes there will be some profit taking in the middle but it will not prevent a blown account similar to how the last and first trade moves the whole stressed group to be closer to the current price helping reduce DD and allowing a smaller retracement at the end to close the whole group,.
most of my tests led to -20$ or even -40$ loss in the pruning, so in here we will be forced to either create a last gap + a bigger multiplier or we only use the other prune methods which from my point of view just delays the trending issue but does not solve it.
so please just remove the gap restriction on the prune and make the calculation bases on the profits of the last trade covering the first trade regardless of what the gap is.
in the forum, I've attached a back test on USDJPY in December with pruning after 6 trades and as you can see, just one pruning session took the whole months profits plus $2000 extra loss

Yes you can continue using the set file - use the pruning when required.

a nice feature to have for this EA would be a basket-equity-trailing-stop (not an account equity trailing stop as in some of the other EAs) but for each pair separate so when the basket of trades moves to its target line instead of closing the basket it would activate the basket-equity-trailing-stop for example that puts a trailing stop at 50% of the profit you would normally have made and then let it run with all the basket trades open and when you go up it would trail like a normal trading stop, this will make HUGE profit ( i analyzed the the charts manually to see this)
iv had a scenario were a normal closeout would lead to 200ish profit wile if it didn't close out and continued it would be more than 10.000 (large trend reversal in market)
Interesting concept. A trailing profit concept. Would this work in a sideways market?
@@Expert4x it would work sins if you implement this the trailing stop would be at 50% profit so worst case scenario you keep hitting the trailing stop right from the start and make 50% of the profit you normaly would have made but then one big trend change would make up for it with ease

Here is a potential way to achieve proficiency:
1. Start forward trading with as many trading Robot strategies as possible. Aim for 20 to 40 demo accounts, each executing a specific strategy. This extensive practice will prove beneficial in your journey towards proficiency.
2. Review the results after a month. Determine which settings produced the best and worst results and why.
3. Continue trading the best results, making minor risk reduction setting adjustments. Close the accounts that have failed or produced poor results and replace them with new accounts and revised settings.
4. Do this continuously until you create a portfolio of strategies and settings consistently producing good results.
I can only recommend Alex's system. It is not just an expert advisor but a very sophisticated systematic approach controlling a multi-strategy portfolio. 👍
Thx for the video and upgrades Alex, they look great. Will you be making any changes to the RSI accounts in the copy service? For example - adding pruning/pairs to avoid etc? And will you manually intervene and change the settings if there is a runaway currency like the current NZDJPY?

Alex seems like there is a small issue I tried to do backtesting with new version and I am getting error: ERROR 150029 RSI (4) Indicator reading failed. and says that EURUSD bar history or feed issue (1, 10, 0X1), then I notice that previous version on real account also few days ago gave me this error: ERROR 9113 ticket close failed at bid ..... Any idea about those errors reasons ?
When your read the error message it is telling you that you doo not have enough test history data. Always use the user manual for error messages and the EAfactory knowledge base. If you still can't find an answer email EAFactory
@@Expert4x Dear I always use the manual, the error that I reported is not indicated in the manual and so far it was not ocurring earlier hence for sure it has to do with a dll file after you did some changes on the EA, I will email EA factory but please realize I have the EA working on real account and so far is trading but I am not dure if things are going on well because of this error, it has to do with the RSI indicator that is unable to read history candles seems but it's really weird maybe some of the changes you did has to do with RSI indicator not sure, please look into the subject other users maybe affected as well.
