As I listen to this is Sunday December 4th, My mind is a mess. I just realized I'm going through depression. So, much is going on. I'm so blessed to have fought your podcast.
Thank you soooooo much. Depression is an emotional experience indeed. Now I understand what I went through for 21 days and going into 63 days end of September. I thought I was regression when I experienced anxiety again recently, thank you for confirming it is a sign of healing. I am on the right track, God is on my side through out this process.
Thank you for helping us learn the warning signs of depression so we can help our loved ones navigate this crazy world we are living in. Knowing it’s an emotional experience, that it’s a warning signal we can learn to control.
I recently listened to your podcast on alcoholism.Don’t you put down AA your speaker spoke disrespectful towards it . I am an adult child of an alcoholic father and Al-anon is also helpful for families affected by alcoholism. This twelfth step program changed my life and that is where I developed a real relationship with Jesus.I was sad to hear that your speaker referred to AA as the next step after being in an institution .You need to be educated about yes alcoholism is a disease and AA has helped so many people to stay sober for many years. Please don’t you ever put down this wonderful program that can change our life for the best as long as you are prepared to work this fantastic program……
Does it make sense if you know the cause of your depression, that you should eliminate the cause? For me, it is work. I've been working for over 46 years, and I want to be done. It is a cycle that I need to end, but how? I do have an employer that has short & long-term disability pay, but I would feel like I am scamming or abusing a benefit to take the time away from my source of depression. Any ideas? A new career isn't something I can just jump to in a day, either. It takes time and money for training. 😧

@About Creativity thanks for asking. Still the same. I feel like I am treading water.
Could you transfer to another location or sister company
I’ve have read and heard from doctors that depression can be a symptom of thyroid disease and/or a lack of vitamin B12. Is there any merit to this?
Thanks dr Leaf. SO helpfull
Is the neurocycle class the first one? 🤔 I wasn't aware that you were offering certification. I was just looking. 👀
What day of conference and where?
I am wondering about children that suffer from depression?
