Hmm thats slightly complicated because ULWE is super expensive now, only developers can buy, given the plot rates. Ranjanpada and Khopta are 2 new areas that will have metro in future and railway has already commenced. Both of them will have water logging because these are farmlands hence until a complete town planning is done it will be as it is. That's one of the reason I always suggest to wait for 8 to 10 years
