You are not absolutely correct. Delhi properties are more expensive than Mumbai. If you research apratments and location properly. However, Delhi offer wide variety, range and type of properties. Mumbai only offers Apartments and if you compare Aprtments price from Delhi you will find Mumbai Apratments are way more cheaper than Delhi Apratments.

I think you should check out the future prospects in your location, find out the current prices of new projects and then take a call. You are not absolutely correct. Delhi properties are more expensive than Mumbai. If you research apratments and location properly. However, Delhi offer wide variety, range and type of properties. Mumbai only offers Apartments and if you compare Aprtments price from Delhi you will find Mumbai Apratments are way more cheaper than Delhi Apratments.
