Your teeth are gorgeous. I want tooth gems but I want to get my teeth bleached first. Any recommendations on bleaching? I'm going to my dentist to have it done.
Thanks so much! Every office is different and will offer different types of whitening. I’m sure whatever they offer will be good. I’ve never had my teeth professionally whitened because I already have sensitivity with otc whitening strips and I know in-office whitening will be stronger! If you have sensitive teeth, maybe try crest white strips first to see how they do, but if you don’t have sensitive teeth then I’d go for the whitening your dentist offers! Hope this helps!
If your dentist don't have the tooth gem, you can bring one and hand over the instructions. The dental hygienist will have the bonding material already as it is commonly used in a dental practice.
I’m a male dental hygienist and I have one on my incisor and a lot of my patients love it and think it’s cool! Good luck with hygiene school!
