@@rafaelcharley Just play and you will get used to all of that. In the beginning you get low MMR so you can win without the knowledge of all the cards and mechanic just craft 1 deck and learn it then move for the next one and repeat.
I just started back again on android, played a lot in closed beta(shoutout my fellow pioneers) but I'm confused on how my mmr is going to be held back if I want to spam the skellige deck. Will I get diminishing returns once I max the faction?
This is exactly what I was looking for! Whenever watching Gwent pro's videos they know what their opponents strategy is likely to be and know how to play around/counter them. A video like this goes a long way and I greatly appreciate it! Maybe you would consider making a part 2 that goes into the top meta strategies currently in a future video? That would be incredible! Just earned my subscription, looking forward to watching you regularly :).

What i would like is for someone to try make a few gameplay/deck videos with crimson curse card, cant really find a lot of good ones for it, and i think id like to try it as it seems interesting. I actually cant remember exactly all the cards that crimson curse added but I believe there were quite a few vampires that were added. Vampire monsters isnt a bad deck so you could try that. I do have a video guide on a decent vampire deck that you could try out that has a fair amount of crimson curse cards in it.
Nono, i didnt mean all the cards, just the one named crimson curse, the one that goes like: kill a unit, than set the effect to both your rows that boosts a random vampire. Keep up the great work mate.
Pavle Nikic the card crimson curse unfortunately is not a very good card. I would recommend staying away from it unless you just want to meme around with it
And (although I assume everyone reading this would know, but I'll say it either way), you can safely gain 28 score on the final turn iff you've played a Dracoturtle that has six armor, use the battle trance ability, and have a crow mother in the deck somewhere

I saw a lot of pro players playing a slightly diferent version of your skellige deck with the boat, is it a tech choice vs elf or the boat/scenario version is more optimized?
Are these decks somewhat the same level? Cuz I would like to build a top tier. I saved some scraps. I already built the Scoia'tael. Im new And I was thinking about a strong deck beside syndicate since its kinda hard to pilot. How would you rate the decks.. of course it depends on the player but.. as an opinion at least. ^^ Thanks and keep going♡
They are all good. Monsters is the easiest to play though. Pick a faction you like. All these decks are competitive decks and should be more or less the same level
Blood money is better overall. Wild card is better in certain metas like where monsters are very prevalent. Both are good decks though and very similar ultimately.
You have a default amount of provisions which is 150 (the piece of bread and bottle of wine items in deck builder menu). Apart from this, every leader adds more provisions to spend, some leaders give you +10 like lock, + 11 like Ysgith fruit, +12 .... etc, so whatever you choose is added to your default provision. For example you choose Ysgith frut (11) + 150 by default, you will have a total of 161 provisions.

Naturally your deck has 150 provisions you can „spend“ on cards in your deck, meaning more provisions = room for more good cards as you don’t want to exceed the minimum card count of 25 in your deck. These different extra provisions account for the different strengths of the abilities. For example right now a syndicate deck with blood money could fit a total of 165 provisions (150 + 15 from the ability)

I have a Skellege deck set up to consistently have a 42 point swing on the final turn of (at least) a five card game

I used the arachas swarm deck to pro rank from rank 5 with 81% win rate. It's good!

is SY worth to craft now? I have 30k scraps in my account. I played a lot of card games and I'm familiar with high skill decks.
If you just simply want the strongest or one of the strongest decks in the game then yes. It is very strong just a difficult deck to play

Why did you choose Blood Money over Wildcard? I tried playing both and couldnt fully utilise that blood money. Wild card seems more verstaile to me.

Probably an elf swarm type of deck such as deadeye ambush. Mystic echo is still really good though but maybe elves are slightly better
