I wish I could have seen Black Sabbath before they retired! But like every other great band out there their legacy will never die.

I just didn't like how he would get into the swearing mode and just become a buddy....keep it a little more professional. Overall score of a 9.9 out of 10 though. I don't know if it's just because I've listened to so much of Ozzy over the years that I already know everything he's pretty much going to say. But I'm actually frustrated when Toni and The Geez aren't speaking. I REALLY WANT TO KNOW WHAT THEY THINK AND HAVE TO SAY ABOUT ALL THINGS. Its really nice to see them together, I thought the band fired Ozzy because they found a better singer which is Dio but I watched some documentary that Ozzy dont show up in their recordings and always had an excuse not to do it because hes so high in drugs. The band wanted to continue making music but cant record because of ozzy so they decided to fire him. I love Dio s vocals its crazy. But ozzy fits Black sabbath more.
He was kicked out due to his drug abuse. He met Sharon, she kicked started his own solo career, he snowballed into one of the biggest artists in his generation, not just metal, he grew into a global superstar and achieved far more than anything Sabbath did. One things for sure, he’d be dead without her.
We got together and discovered that hey , we all need to make some money because we’re running out- so we thought we ‘lol get back together . Maybe people will still buy sludgy pretence ? Apparently it didn’t pan out.
I love these guys, of course! But, Ward has to be there as well or it's not Black Sabbath. Butler, Osbourne, Ward, Iommi = Black Sabbath. No exceptions. It just is.

It wasn't a complete end without Bill there, and although 13 was a great album, I don't feel any sense of closure unless it was the same 4 guys ending it who started it. they sold big numbers because they're not a Pro Tools bullshit band like we have today. they understand how to be heavy while still having melody. you have to be able to play live, without a laptop.
