Good to hear, Tara. It is a major challenge for so many people and when they correct this,, it's a life saver as one of my students said.

Why don't GPs know this?? I had all the symptoms, pointed out the spot that hurt...over a year ago, no physical exam, just promise of an ultrasound that never happened. Ended up at Emerg, they said interstitial cystitis, but I knew it was digestive. I have wanted to cut it out at times. The right shoulder blade pain, constant nausea. headaches, it goes on and on. Thank heavens for Dr Google I suppose.

I would like to see in here a the input from a Gastroenterologist and a professional Nutritionist when you are diagnosed with a ileocecal valve incompetent. What nutrition habits need to change etc.

I am confused about that too. Doesn't seem easy to test.

This is why you get an appendicitis . So all the doctors know how to do?..is take the appendix out. Get a chiropractor to close valve the get on a antibiotic and no surgery will be necessary. Fever and pain will go away by tomorrow.

I am confused! Why does he fall over and what happens when the leg lifts? How can I relate those movements to my body?

How often and when do you do this ? And how do you know when it work correctly? Apart from clear and strong signs of not working.

Do it as needed and notice what in your diet or stress levels trigger it. If you have continued challenges you can see a medical practitioner for further assessment. You can find an AK doctor at www.icakusa.com if you are in the USA.
