Alternate the rotation stagger Mitchell & Garland & Mobley and Allen who says they have to play together?..for instance we can slide mobley into his natural 5 spot and let Allen play behind him this of course contingent upon adding a solid 4 this way you bolster your bench and your starters are playing less minutes giving guys like Bates & porter some real burn as well...
100% need to grt Bay on the team. Let him heal this year, then gool crazy next season. This team has 3 forwards, Mobley , wade and niang. Wade might not be affordable when his contract ends. So having a guy who has played in the NBA already would be a great insurance policy.
Niang is only under contract for this season as well, so in w years, there will be just mobley as a forward, and thats if they dont move him to center.

Both excellent. I just finished 11/22 back in March. Far exceeded expectation haha
The coaching staff of every team has player development. I would stand to reason that if coaches cant scout then they cant teach new skills to players. Image some guy trying to teach old school ben wallace hiw to shoot threes. That would be a waste of time. Instead they made him a rebounding master and a wall on defense despite being undersized for the era.
The bench is the weakest point need some bench pieces
Okay, there were 2 folks that should have been given some though. Lorie M. and or Hartenstien. Hartenstien is off the market now. Trade Ty Jerome, and Dean W to start.

@stevenhaymon2441 Well, they both know how to play with J A and Evan. They would fit right in. They have developed well. The team has the wings guards and forwards that can do it.

I also think the GM should be fired. The evaluation of draft prospects and the development of those players has been subpar.

@@dearmas9068 Exactly. It's sheer stupidity. The highest pick he's had in any draft is number 3 when he took Mobley. Then these people LOOK BACK on drafts with their 20/20 hindsight and say, "Well, he shouldn't have taken 'that' guy." Really? How many people were picked ahead of Kobe Bryant, Giannis & Kawhi Leonard in their drafts? Since the Cavs were left back at square one after LeBron left for the Lakers, he has added so much talent to this roster. Cavs won a TOTAL of 48 games in the two season post LeBron. Each of the last two years they've won 48 games or more. He's also helped to create a culture where players actually want to stay and resign with the Cavs. Koby Altman has been a blessing for this team, and anyone who says otherwise knows nothing about basketball, or anything else really.
@@themashugana9440 He should go because he is responsible for JB and clearly thinks very highly of what he constructed. Glad for everything he did but a long with a new coach should have came front office.
