dude, what are you talking about? horizon forbidden west was HUGE and awesome. god of war ragnarok could have been better, but is still very good. pokemon scarlet/violet, except for the limited pokemon, was a complete success, as well as zelda totk 👌🏻 to add, silent hill 2 remake is looking amazing, and so does marvel's spiderman 2
AAA Game market nowadays are so oversaturated whether Its FPS with Just better graphics, Open world Full of markers, Sports game always releasing "A New Game,", and Overly p2w system. The only hope i got for AAA Games is Fromsoft
Enshittification. When executives get ahold of anything, and their only aim is to make money, it happens. It's all about what sells well, caters to addictive 'whales' for the least effort. What are the most people willing to pay for?
Tbh its not that bad we keep getting bad AAA games. I have less games to play and some indie games are straight up bangers. It is a shame what is being created with those massive budgets, but there's nothing we can really do.
