For the roll thing and idk if you’ll see this I’ve done these before so here are some tips for it so take them or leave them - kind push your stomach and pelvis area forward and up - with the arm that’s up really think off reaching to grab onto someone’s hands - if it helps to make it easier push your self forward so your almost in line crouching squat position and then get up from there (I do this cause I’m not as flexible) Also I think the guys legs bow in cause of the way that he does so if it’s hard on someone’s knees don’t bow them in also another thing these tips in stuff go for everyone who wants to learn this roll thing
