Thank you so much for these videos ! I took my test ,and failed twice . I was ready to give up , but I started watching your videos and I passed on my third try ! I was so confident thanks to you ❤. I’m in Colorado . I passed yesterday !
@@NancyLoera yes ! You got this ! The first time I failed , I made a stupid mistakes , but then I went in there and said every step as I was doing it out loud . These videos saved me because she tells you everything they are Looking for . Don’t overthink it like I did and you’ll do great !
I want to publicly thank you because thanks to your videos I was able to pass my exam on the first try. directed all the people who are preparing, to look no further and only prepare with your videos. Thank you very much for making these videos master! you're the best!!! Greetings from Colorado!!!
Explained nicely, thank you. All the videos I've watched your the most explained word for word. And the extras step help alot, Keep paving the way for future nurses.
I just passed my skill , i watched your videos non stop while 1 week. Morning afternoon. And I got the TEDS in my skill. I'm so grateful for your videos. Because of you, I was so confident. Thank-you so muchhhhhh. Warm Regard.
Since the foot opening is stretchy and loose, can I roll the opening up a fold into a cuff-like fold so the sock won’t just be hanging there, in case the patient want to get up or move or put the shoes on?
I have a question, I got this for my skills. The stocking I used was compression stocking. I finished with no wrinkles or twist on the knee/legpart and I'm sure the heel is in place, but the foot (top) part it had wrinkles on it because the stocking was a bit large for the mannequin. I just ended up saying I finish with no twist, and wrinkle free, heel of stocking in place, and toes exposed. What do you think? Do I pass or fail?
Hello, For the state exam, a student can ALWAYS wear gloves without a penalty. Just make sure you know when to remove the gloves and wash your hands. That is the key to passing the test when gloves are worn.
Actually Credentia has added steps than other nursing services do....If your state is not under Credentia then you may be lucky to have a simpler option.
You did not check the 2 step identity of the patient. How do you know you have the right patient? It could be a confused patient in the wrong bed and you’re applying something to that person that does not belong to them and they’re just agreeing because they’re just there.
Hello Tina, Please check your records again. Checking the patient's identity is NOT a step for the state's nurse aide exam. Please let me know where you found this step 2 with Credentia's guidelines.

Great job! Welcome to healthcare. I admire you for not giving up.

@@credentiacnaskills3577 my state test is in March, I’m studying from my book and using your videos. Hopefully I pass!
Thanks so much. What is the name of the book you were reading from please?
The name of the book is Pearson Vue Candidate Handbook.
I love your videos
Thanks so much Alma.
Does credentia doesn’t include the safety procedures? Like the the bed should be in the low safe position and the bed wheel are locked?
Credentia does not have those safety procedures as a checkpoint during the nurse aide skills exam.
@@credentiacnaskills3577 got it thank you!!

I think you should pass if you stated "NO twist or Wrinkles, and the heel was in place. I would pass you.
@@credentiacnaskills3577 update: i passed! Thank you so much for your videos. It helped me a lot.
*find the heel pinch it*
turn the sock inside out to the heel , correct?
That is correct.
Thanks!
YW
Question … so the stocking is going over the heel or exactly on the heel ?
Hello, You should stop at the heel before pulling the elastic stocking up the leg.
Can I use gloves for this skill

I wish you all the best Winifred.
She's good
Same
Oh my this skill looks easier but is not,
Hello Ross, This skill is sometimes hard for students because they have to stretch the stocking, in the beginning, to get it over the toes.
Actually Credentia has added steps than other nursing services do....If your state is not under Credentia then you may be lucky to have a simpler option.
What other steps i practiced this way i take my exam tomorrow 😫😭
@@msroshawn660 how did you do?
You did not check the 2 step identity of the patient. How do you know you have the right patient? It could be a confused patient in the wrong bed and you’re applying something to that person that does not belong to them and they’re just agreeing because they’re just there.
You have a better description of how to grip the heel of the stocking then others do.
Hello Tina, Please check your records again. Checking the patient's identity is NOT a step for the state's nurse aide exam. Please let me know where you found this step 2 with Credentia's guidelines.
You took and ran with it…. For this particular skill checking identity is not a step
