alow me to give some counterpoints. Krono- Krono is actually very powerful at larger sizes,in fact it deals the most damage of all carnivores....yes its true its speed is pathetic and its stamina is lacking ,but its health is good and the the fact that it can dive the deepest and can turn invisible really lends to its playstyle as an ambush predator...if an elder krono with full combat tree lands it lunge it will take most creatures out of commission. its not that krono is a bad aquatic,its that its a good aquatic with learning and skill curve Ory- as somone that plays ory alot ,while i understand you putting it low is a result of your inability to properly play it...i think putting it at F just because of how the server issues where you live is a bit unreasonable...as that is more of a fault of the game itself than the dinosaur. but allow me to put in to perspective a few things you may have missed out on...being the only Burrower Ory has,in my opinion one of the best gimmicks in the game as it sets it apart from litterally every other playable...the fact that they can farm thier own food (which actually grows back on its own) and make nearly endless tunnels and spend time sculpting and decorating as they wish...and can even build traps makes them incredibly unique in terms of gameplay,as it actually gives you stuff to do aside from wait-eat/drink-fight-wait some more...yeah they cant tank anything and will die in like two hits from just about anything...but they arent supposed to be outward pvpers...they are dinosaurs that survive by tricks and inteligence. one thing ive noticed is alot of poeple rank dinosaurs solely on what it can and cant take on in combat but they dont stop to consider the roll and playstile they are meant to cater to.
As an aquatic main I personally would put krono in at least B tier. Krono is definitely a lot harder to play now and requires more game sense to not die to turtles and giant paleos but has potential to be strong if you know how to use it. Honestly I haven’t had any issues with archelon like ever. I win every fight and I’m always solo. Like I will fight them even if they have a group. I find killing them on paleo is way too easy. I cook them up on my mosa too.
Krono is weirdly strong, I killed a mosa that was like double my size by tailriding and lunging right at his face. The biggest problem Krono has is running away or after stuff, I mean a 50% injury mosa could easy outrun me and outstam me even tho they were out of stam

If you go underwater as long as you can, and jump out of water at the last moment, you can get a lot of distance due to how fast the lunge of a speedy krono actually goes. Aqua affinity also makes your lunge travel MUCH faster. On a combat/surv krono you gotta know where caves are, or little cracks you can escape to.
as sai, the only thing scary to you if youre in a place where the terrain is in your favor is another stronger sai lol Pteranodon is a beast if played right.. but agreed, "But, trope exists." Trope is a bit TOO anti-ptera because it can just wingbeat and break a pteranodon to pieces with a big AOE attack, whereas a pteranodon needs to be pixel perfect at high speeds to land a bite lol. Feel like ptera needs an air speed + swim speed increase in order to at least evade tropes a bit better than it does - or give it an attack that is effective against only other fliers, like tropeo has
My grades/tier list for November 2024: *Land Predators* *Rex*: A, you can kill anything, even apas if you're in a pack of rexes...just watch out for really skilled small players that can tail ride you - stick to water or defensible spots to survive them. *Acro*: B+, still a solid pick but outshined by its carc brothers. *Carc*: S+, I've seen similar sized carcs face tank stuff they shouldn't be able to face tank - the roar is insanely OP and needs a nerf. *Wie*: B-, Solid and underestimated even if a little bland. *Terra Snake*: B+, groups of terra snakes are the Sai killer since they don't take injury and can strike above a sai's tail. Growing big enough means you're an inescapable menace that blinds their prey and always has safety in trees. You can also pick off rats and terra snake is one of the best things to do so. Just watch out because rats can do the same to you! You're just far sneaker and so have the advantage. *Rat*: A, this is BoB's version of a LoL ADC; groups of rats are fast enough to make escape impossible while being able to whittle you down - it's a really good dino with a high skill ceiling. Sometimes I see rats grow to 3.0 or more and they just become inescapable killing machines. *Velo*: D, Velo is in a rough spot right now. Sure, it can take solo apexes...if latency holds out. But sturdy is an absolute requirement that limits your build choices. Plus, snakes are your hard counter and they're everywhere. One spit and you're usually toast. *Land Herbivores and Omnivores:* *Apa*: B-, it's solid, but good players can get in front of your tail and weave to avoid the stomp, killing you if you can't get to a more defensible position in time. *Bronto*: B, a bit better than apa as the neck is harder to dodge, but suffers from many of the same issues. *Para*: B+, a very solid mid-tier with a lot of attack and utility options - they're fairly speedy and they hurt - snakes hate them. *Sai*: S-, very few things can match up to you outside of terra snakes, and if you got a group of reasonably competent sais you can defend even that; it's just a boring dino in my opinion. Picking sai on the dueling server means I'm just not going to face you. *Coah*: C+, the recent buffs help and it's not a terrible dino, but it does suffer from issues still. It's still too slow for an omni and without dedicated injury talents it really struggles to secure kills. Caves and water are your best friends on coah. You can, however, prey on solo apas and brontos perhaps easier than any other dino. *Pachy*: C, it's hard for me to rate pachy because it's perhaps the most circumstantial dino on the roster. If you just want to survive, it's literally the best dino there is, as it can outrun ANYTHING. If you want to get kills, though, it's different. You want to play it as an ambush predator in hilly regions. The problem with this is that the only two very hilly regions it shines, on Titania, are Titan's Rise and the hills northwest of Palmforest Lake. The former is very low traffic (mostly fliers and people making their one mandatory blue shrine trip), and the latter is only moderate traffic. There's spots on Spiral Island that are decent to wait and ambush too, but those spots are also lower traffic than the rest of Spiral. If pachy had more viable hotspots it would rate higher. *Ory*: D+, it's a velo but trades jump mobility for a blind attack. The best part of ory is being able to group with sais, which makes it better than velo. But it's still a poor choice overall. *Semi-Aquatics:* *Lurd*: A+, very good dino. It's not quite just straight up op like things in the S-tier, but it's the next closest thing. It's like a para that can go in the water. There's no aquatic fights that it can't win and on land it thrashes anything smaller than a wie, including snakes. *Ikky*: D+, probably controversial as icthy has some strong defenders that swear by it. But, I just regard them as food almost any time I see them, and the only time they kill me is if I get cocky and go out of my domain to chase a fight. And if they're much larger than me they're easy to avoid. Their engagement profile is very weak. *Semi Snake*: C, it's ok, but just too slow and has no specialty. Its dash is pathetic compared to other semi aquatics. It also has a poor engagement profile - almost everything beats you or escapes you in its respective domain. However, you can group with snakes of any type and there's always snake players on, willing to group, and it meaningfully contributes to such groups by being the one that can finish a fight when your prey escapes to land/water and your packmates can't follow them there. *Aquatics:* *Krono*: C, Krono is kind of rough right now. Since snakes and turtles have been introduced, and both of them give krono big time fits, they've gotten nothing to compensate. You're op against mosa, and elasmo if you ever run into one and land a lunge, but you have zero escape ability and big resource problems. Even turtles are faster than you if you're even a little overfed, that's how poor your escape ability is. You HAVE to just go unseen if you run into a fight you can't win, making Kelpforest Ravine your only real choice of good habitat on Titania, since it's a Mosa hotspot and the only place you're impossible to find when cloak is active. *Mosa*: B-, Mosa is still ok even without its thrash damage. It's solid, but nothing to really write home about. You're still krono food but can put up a respectable fight against everything else in the water. Plus, you can still grab land dinos which never gets old. *Elasmo*: B-, Elasmo is hard to rate as it's a rare dino to see. It does solid against sea snake and escapes any fight it can't win with ease. It may be the highest skill cap dino in the game, as you have to learn to dash and strafe in a way that your long neck can hit but you can't be hit back. However, with tons of skill and good latency, there's no fight in the water elasmo can't win. Plus, grabbing birds is always hilarious. *Sea Snake*: S+, even after the nerf sea snake is still the most op thing in the game (although Carc is coming really close). It needs more nerfs. Sea snakes still regularly grow to 5.0+ and if even one such snake is in the water they can get around the map so fast that playing an aquatic is just pointless. They will find you. Even land dinos aren't safe from big sea snakes as they can jump so far out of the water they land right on top of you. Triple biting is ludicrously OP. *Turtle*: A-, perhaps a controversial opinion, but I play on o1 where there's lots of turtles, and after you get to a certain size the damn thing feels unkillable. Unlike equivalent tank herbs on land, their lunge is fast enough to catch you. Underwater caves are a death wish for any dino that takes you on. And best of all, it can escape other aquatics by going to land. It's a really underrated dino. *Fliers:* *Trope*: D-, fliers in general need help, as they need to be 2-3 times the size of any non-fliers to stand a chance. Tropes at least can kill PTs and push a small dino off a ledge on the rare occasion they have the opportunity. *PT*: F, fliers in general need help, but PTs are in an even worse spot because Tropes just beat them if they're around the same size. *Tier List in one spot:* S: Aqua Snake, Carc, Sai A: Lurd, Rex, Rat, Turtle B: Acro, Para, Terra Snake, Bronto, Apa, Mosa, Elasmo, Wie C: Coah, Krono, Semi Snake, Pachy D: Icthy, Ory, Velo, Trope F: PT

As far as archelon goes against paleo, if it's spec'd into exhausting heavily it destroys paleo if the player knows how to land a charge bite. If one of those two requirements (eb and player ability) is missing, the fight goes into the paleos favor. But with shield it's one of the only creatures capable of dealing with paleo venom, being immune so long as it has shell integrity. Managing shell and landing charge bites have gotten me a few big kills already against the snake. If it's semi-aqua it can always get away on land but it demands stamina to do so, if you can land a charge bite on it with at least 4/3 eb you're destroying its stamina pool by like 70 points at least without even fully charging it. That being said I definitely play very defensive until I have advantage. Helps when you're doing 700+ damage with that 70 stamina tho.
If not for paleo, rat is still S tier imo. Really wish changes would be made to coa to bring it out of dirt tier but its a dono dino so will never happen😔Haven't played it since paleo release; I'm perfectly fine on coa but the moment a rat pack rocks up you're dead to attrition no matter what you do. No idea how it fairs against paleo but its a fun dino and deserves better. Good tier list.
Not true. I play a lot of aqua coah. I dare snakes to meet me in the water. It's a good way for them to become my food...and they often do. I'm faster than terra in the water and can defend effectively against semi. However, I'd still only rate Coah a C-tier pick. It's just too slow to secure kills. It dunks on apa pretty well if you know what to do though!
Ory needs move love. The sand doesn't only blind dinos, it also delays their abilities. It delays a rat's evasive ability for like 10 seconds if you have 5 sand. And it even delays sai shield a few seconds. Not to mention grounding flyers. In a well-coordinated group, ory is the best/only support dino.
Krono is very effective against Paleohpis it is agile enougth to move precisely and a single Hit Is like half of a PAleophis . Semi Paleo is extremely versatile but weaker than both Paleophis .However they are A jack of all trade, able to escape on land or underwater against most threats and are very easy to grow
I Krono main and snakes are the hardest enemy I have by far. I can't escape them and Krono has major resource issues that venom just exacerbates. Plus they don't take injury which is a Krono's whole thing. Further, snakes are still too easy to grow to absurd sizes even after the nerf. 1v1 at the same size snakes may struggle against me, but they can easily just avoid me even if I get the ambush (since they don't take injury), they're way easier to grow than a Krono, and they're almost never alone because snakes are soooo popular. Snakes are almost tailor made to dunk on Krono, as their strengths easily match up against Krono's weaknesses.
@@doragonzx It may be a difference in servers too. I play on o1 and the aquatic realm is just dominated by big snakes. At any one time there's 2-4 of them at 4.0 or larger since they're so easy to grow absurdly large, and at 5.0 their damage and hp is about equal to a 1.5 rex...but with all the mobility advantages of a snake AND 100% envenomation in a single bite. It's not so much the raw 1v1 power of snake, it's how absurdly easy it is to grow to huge, impossible sizes that makes it a menace.
@@saintsword23 o2 has more semiand Rlly big mosas and i think there a few Big turtles so its less populated. also Growing an aqua ,snake is a nigthmare on account of the Hordes of Mawlania Mobbing anything in their space wich is the whole map.I tried once to grow a snake but got confined to the Palm grove or the veryoutskirts of the map.
I agree with where Turtle sits on your list, however with me donating it and I have bias for S tier in my own ranking, but turtle is a very strategic playable and unless you have turtle down pact and know how to play it well it can struggle with a lot of matchups, I think it struggles with elasmo and ikky and if it goes on land welll that might seal your fate due to reduced speed on land.
Thats fair! It really just depends on the skill of your opponent most of the time Though lately ive been playing turtle on o2 and its been really fun! Theres often a public group with malawanias, you should play sometime!
Krono requires immense skill, but if you're good, the only threat is starvation. A speed/combat krono can also escape from speed mosas. The playstyle requires caution and awareness, along with good aim of the lunge, and knowledge of map layout, but it's definitely an apex, and exactly what an apex should be like.

Velo is an S tier.. for a creature its size it can kill apexes, and pretty much anything if its on land... it might take a while, but with its stats and abilities... a velo is like a mosquito on crack and a machine gun
In elasmo's defense -- Personally I'd rank him S tier! Very strong but not braindead gameplay like rex or whatever, takes a bit of skill ( even if players who die to it claim its cheating due to the auto aim lol - they forget it also only has like 5 hp ). While it does struggle against more than 1 snake, it is at least super fast so you have the option to run away! elusive is especially good for this! go around a corner, elusive in the grass, heal venom while the snakes struggle to look for you

I honestly don't think there should be any dino below C tier With proper knowledge & skill, you can pretty much make any creature work Personally, people sleep on velo, ory & PT im my opinion Velo & Ory are easy to manage, they have high food drain but a decent spawn gore or Ory's farm method can easily sustain them to 5.0 They're also low profile and can pretty much pick and leave any fight, ory is good at this with sand And they have a get out of jail card being sturdy They're the bane of apexes, but can also pose a threat against anything that has a turn circle Basically with velo & Ory being 90% mobility - basically gives them an infinite skill ceiling with a tough skill floor A dedicated skilled enough velo player can go square to square pretty much anything, even against groups just due to their size + mobility alone Though I do agree tvat other playables kindove have an easier entry than velo, though these dinos are often limited by a skill ceiling But velo in a sense is timeless to me just due to how its built combined with its nimble nature, pretty much securing yhr identity of "if your skilled enough, you can pretty much do anything as Velo" The same logic applies to Pt Otherwise, awesome video ❤
Don't mind my spelling, Im high rn I also play Semi-aquatic Palaeo It's the least popular one, but I've found my appreciation with it Unlike terrestrial & Aquatic, they're pretty much stuck in one single environment I don't have a good PC to earn Aquatic Privileges And terrestrial Paleo is more group oriented Semi-aquatic is the most adaptable, which makes sense of its identity of being the "jack of all trades" identity, which is an aspect that's important for a mostly solo player like myself Just having those options provides many opportunities of play, depending on which environment you're traversing in. Others say that semi Paleo is the weakest because it doesn't specialize into a single environment which is true But the talent tree exists as a means to allow semi Paleo the choice to focus on one environment, whilst they still have the other as a "safe place" which is a pretty strong feat When I play aqua Paleo, I found myself focusing more on land gameplay, whilst I reserve the ocean as an escape method and something to invest in once I'm larger Why not just make a terrestrial you ask? My reasoning is that despite semi being marginally slower than terrestrial, the base speeds of these two subs don't really matter as frenzy stacks pretty much bridge the gap in terms of speed Secondly, terrestrial Paleo is squishy which puts itself in the position of making tough talent tree investment choices I like semi Paleo because it's tankier due to its extra health which gives more mistake allowance, especially for a solo player - and two points into snake blood at 1.32 almost puts you at the 1,000 health threshold which is often overlooked. Though with full fat puts you at that threshold and every Paleo should be full fat because it gives more uses of regurgitate And the talent tree for semi Paleo just works with my playstyle of it, allowing me to fully invest into 3/3 combat with some to fill out frenzy fortitude & snake blood And lastly semi Paleo is more defensive oriented than the other two, aqua and terrestrial are built to pick fights and succeed in doing so Semi Paleo doesn't accomplish this well, but I've found genuine success by switching into a more defensive/reactive mindset with semi Paleo, because of that change in mindset I strongly think is the reason for its unpopularity But regardless, I still think that Semi-paleo is still a strong pick - it just provides a different style of play that people are not used to
I think velo, icthy, and fliers can all go below C-tier. You just have to be much larger than your opponents or in very special circumstances in order to win.
That is so cool! You seem to know a lot about BoB, can you maybe make a tutorial on the basics of BoB/how to play the dinosaurs? All the other tutorials are either from 10 years ago (overexaggerating) or just don't make sense
I like the list. Although I feel like meg is worse than B tier seeing that it cant really punch up with the hit boxes and seeing a para is a auto death of = numbers. Meg can only really shine when extremely large IE not official servers. Also I feel like ela is S best water dino. Just wondering its been a little. What is official pop like recently?
I think megaraptor and trop need to raise the tier more mega s tier trop a tier The megaraptor is highly utilized with the z-skill to be able to evade various attacks It also has a strong dps. The weakness is that the body is weak, but with fast mobility and strong dps, z-skill utilization I think the top tier is possible And me would lower the acro tire and raise the t-rex more That's what I think

However, you can group with snakes of any type and there's always snake players on, willing to group, and it meaningfully contributes to such groups by being the one that can finish a fight when your prey escapes to land/water and your packmates can't follow them there.
*Aquatics:*
*Krono*: C, Krono is kind of rough right now. Since snakes and turtles have been introduced, and both of them give krono big time fits, they've gotten nothing to compensate. You're op against mosa, and elasmo if you ever run into one and land a lunge, but you have zero escape ability and big resource problems. Even turtles are faster than you if you're even a little overfed, that's how poor your escape ability is. You HAVE to just go unseen if you run into a fight you can't win, making Kelpforest Ravine your only real choice of good habitat on Titania, since it's a Mosa hotspot and the only place you're impossible to find when cloak is active.
*Mosa*: B-, Mosa is still ok even without its thrash damage. It's solid, but nothing to really write home about. You're still krono food but can put up a respectable fight against everything else in the water. Plus, you can still grab land dinos which never gets old.
*Elasmo*: B-, Elasmo is hard to rate as it's a rare dino to see. It does solid against sea snake and escapes any fight it can't win with ease. It may be the highest skill cap dino in the game, as you have to learn to dash and strafe in a way that your long neck can hit but you can't be hit back. However, with tons of skill and good latency, there's no fight in the water elasmo can't win. Plus, grabbing birds is always hilarious.
*Sea Snake*: S+, even after the nerf sea snake is still the most op thing in the game (although Carc is coming really close). It needs more nerfs. Sea snakes still regularly grow to 5.0+ and if even one such snake is in the water they can get around the map so fast that playing an aquatic is just pointless. They will find you. Even land dinos aren't safe from big sea snakes as they can jump so far out of the water they land right on top of you. Triple biting is ludicrously OP.
*Turtle*: A-, perhaps a controversial opinion, but I play on o1 where there's lots of turtles, and after you get to a certain size the damn thing feels unkillable. Unlike equivalent tank herbs on land, their lunge is fast enough to catch you. Underwater caves are a death wish for any dino that takes you on. And best of all, it can escape other aquatics by going to land. It's a really underrated dino.
*Fliers:*
*Trope*: D-, fliers in general need help, as they need to be 2-3 times the size of any non-fliers to stand a chance. Tropes at least can kill PTs and push a small dino off a ledge on the rare occasion they have the opportunity.
*PT*: F, fliers in general need help, but PTs are in an even worse spot because Tropes just beat them if they're around the same size.

As far as archelon goes against paleo, if it's spec'd into exhausting heavily it destroys paleo if the player knows how to land a charge bite. If one of those two requirements (eb and player ability) is missing, the fight goes into the paleos favor. But with shield it's one of the only creatures capable of dealing with paleo venom, being immune so long as it has shell integrity. Managing shell and landing charge bites have gotten me a few big kills already against the snake. If it's semi-aqua it can always get away on land but it demands stamina to do so, if you can land a charge bite on it with at least 4/3 eb you're destroying its stamina pool by like 70 points at least without even fully charging it. That being said I definitely play very defensive until I have advantage. Helps when you're doing 700+ damage with that 70 stamina tho.
If not for paleo, rat is still S tier imo. Really wish changes would be made to coa to bring it out of dirt tier but its a dono dino so will never happen😔Haven't played it since paleo release; I'm perfectly fine on coa but the moment a rat pack rocks up you're dead to attrition no matter what you do. No idea how it fairs against paleo but its a fun dino and deserves better. Good tier list.

Not true. I play a lot of aqua coah. I dare snakes to meet me in the water. It's a good way for them to become my food...and they often do. I'm faster than terra in the water and can defend effectively against semi. However, I'd still only rate Coah a C-tier pick. It's just too slow to secure kills. It dunks on apa pretty well if you know what to do though!

Ory needs move love. The sand doesn't only blind dinos, it also delays their abilities. It delays a rat's evasive ability for like 10 seconds if you have 5 sand. And it even delays sai shield a few seconds. Not to mention grounding flyers. In a well-coordinated group, ory is the best/only support dino.

Krono is very effective against Paleohpis it is agile enougth to move precisely and a single Hit Is like half of a PAleophis .
Semi Paleo is extremely versatile but weaker than both Paleophis .However they are A jack of all trade, able to escape on land or underwater against most threats and are very easy to grow

I Krono main and snakes are the hardest enemy I have by far. I can't escape them and Krono has major resource issues that venom just exacerbates. Plus they don't take injury which is a Krono's whole thing. Further, snakes are still too easy to grow to absurd sizes even after the nerf. 1v1 at the same size snakes may struggle against me, but they can easily just avoid me even if I get the ambush (since they don't take injury), they're way easier to grow than a Krono, and they're almost never alone because snakes are soooo popular.
Snakes are almost tailor made to dunk on Krono, as their strengths easily match up against Krono's weaknesses.

@@doragonzx It may be a difference in servers too. I play on o1 and the aquatic realm is just dominated by big snakes. At any one time there's 2-4 of them at 4.0 or larger since they're so easy to grow absurdly large, and at 5.0 their damage and hp is about equal to a 1.5 rex...but with all the mobility advantages of a snake AND 100% envenomation in a single bite.
It's not so much the raw 1v1 power of snake, it's how absurdly easy it is to grow to huge, impossible sizes that makes it a menace.
@@saintsword23 o2 has more semiand Rlly big mosas and i think there a few Big turtles so its less populated. also Growing an aqua ,snake is a nigthmare on account of the Hordes of Mawlania Mobbing anything in their space wich is the whole map.I tried once to grow a snake but got confined to the Palm grove or the veryoutskirts of the map.
I play solo coah and it's not as bad as you may think it's A (my opinion)

I agree with where Turtle sits on your list, however with me donating it and I have bias for S tier in my own ranking, but turtle is a very strategic playable and unless you have turtle down pact and know how to play it well it can struggle with a lot of matchups, I think it struggles with elasmo and ikky and if it goes on land welll that might seal your fate due to reduced speed on land.

Krono requires immense skill, but if you're good, the only threat is starvation. A speed/combat krono can also escape from speed mosas.
The playstyle requires caution and awareness, along with good aim of the lunge, and knowledge of map layout, but it's definitely an apex, and exactly what an apex should be like.

Velo is an S tier.. for a creature its size it can kill apexes, and pretty much anything if its on land... it might take a while, but with its stats and abilities... a velo is like a mosquito on crack and a machine gun

In elasmo's defense -- Personally I'd rank him S tier! Very strong but not braindead gameplay like rex or whatever, takes a bit of skill ( even if players who die to it claim its cheating due to the auto aim lol - they forget it also only has like 5 hp ). While it does struggle against more than 1 snake, it is at least super fast so you have the option to run away! elusive is especially good for this! go around a corner, elusive in the grass, heal venom while the snakes struggle to look for you
it was S tier some nerfs ago, rn it got nerfed to the floor so if u have high ping u cannot play it

I honestly don't think there should be any dino below C tier
With proper knowledge & skill, you can pretty much make any creature work
Personally, people sleep on velo, ory & PT im my opinion
Velo & Ory are easy to manage, they have high food drain but a decent spawn gore or Ory's farm method can easily sustain them to 5.0
They're also low profile and can pretty much pick and leave any fight, ory is good at this with sand
And they have a get out of jail card being sturdy
They're the bane of apexes, but can also pose a threat against anything that has a turn circle
Basically with velo & Ory being 90% mobility - basically gives them an infinite skill ceiling with a tough skill floor
A dedicated skilled enough velo player can go square to square pretty much anything, even against groups just due to their size + mobility alone
Though I do agree tvat other playables kindove have an easier entry than velo, though these dinos are often limited by a skill ceiling
But velo in a sense is timeless to me just due to how its built combined with its nimble nature, pretty much securing yhr identity of "if your skilled enough, you can pretty much do anything as Velo"
The same logic applies to Pt

It's the least popular one, but I've found my appreciation with it
Unlike terrestrial & Aquatic, they're pretty much stuck in one single environment
I don't have a good PC to earn Aquatic Privileges
And terrestrial Paleo is more group oriented
Semi-aquatic is the most adaptable, which makes sense of its identity of being the "jack of all trades" identity, which is an aspect that's important for a mostly solo player like myself
Just having those options provides many opportunities of play, depending on which environment you're traversing in. Others say that semi Paleo is the weakest because it doesn't specialize into a single environment which is true
But the talent tree exists as a means to allow semi Paleo the choice to focus on one environment, whilst they still have the other as a "safe place" which is a pretty strong feat
When I play aqua Paleo, I found myself focusing more on land gameplay, whilst I reserve the ocean as an escape method and something to invest in once I'm larger
Why not just make a terrestrial you ask?
My reasoning is that despite semi being marginally slower than terrestrial, the base speeds of these two subs don't really matter as frenzy stacks pretty much bridge the gap in terms of speed
Secondly, terrestrial Paleo is squishy which puts itself in the position of making tough talent tree investment choices
I like semi Paleo because it's tankier due to its extra health which gives more mistake allowance, especially for a solo player - and two points into snake blood at 1.32 almost puts you at the 1,000 health threshold which is often overlooked. Though with full fat puts you at that threshold and every Paleo should be full fat because it gives more uses of regurgitate
And the talent tree for semi Paleo just works with my playstyle of it, allowing me to fully invest into 3/3 combat with some to fill out frenzy fortitude & snake blood
And lastly semi Paleo is more defensive oriented than the other two, aqua and terrestrial are built to pick fights and succeed in doing so
Semi Paleo doesn't accomplish this well, but I've found genuine success by switching into a more defensive/reactive mindset with semi Paleo, because of that change in mindset I strongly think is the reason for its unpopularity
But regardless, I still think that Semi-paleo is still a strong pick - it just provides a different style of play that people are not used to
I think velo, icthy, and fliers can all go below C-tier. You just have to be much larger than your opponents or in very special circumstances in order to win.

I like the list. Although I feel like meg is worse than B tier seeing that it cant really punch up with the hit boxes and seeing a para is a auto death of = numbers.
