Try and go for something with as little fabric as possible, you need it quite close fitting not too much bulk, then have it altered. My top tips for petite video is being released soon
Do you have advice on finding bathing suits /bikini that offer support for larger breasted women(c38-40) Not ones that tie around the neck. That style kills my neck if wearing for more than an hour. Also, name brands for bras that look nice, offer support, coverage and still sexy that are available in Canada.

This isn't specific really, but look for a local bra stockist. A lot of the good ones carry brands that cater to larger busted women in both bras and swimwear. Here in the US, we have Bra Genie, but I don't know what the Canadian equivalent would be. One brand you might want to look into is Panache. It is a UK brand but is available in the US and Canada.
