Wow, going with the 'I read about Land Rover being bad on the Internet' response, I see. Sure, they’ve got their quirks, but that’s part of the charm, isn’t it? Plenty of modern cars are soulless robots, but a Land Rover? It’s got character-something a lot of vehicles are missing these days. As for reliability, they’ve come a long way, and there were no mechanical failures. If you're referring to the squeak, that’s just a rock stuck in the brakes-very common when you off-road through water.
That is a Trophy Edition Defender. This particular one has quite a few modifications: Proud Rhino lift kit, Proud Rhino SYA kit, Proud Rhino rock sliders, rear caliper conversion kit, and Alston 18-inch wheels, just to name a few.
"you couldn't hear a dump truck driving through a nitroglycerin plant"

Glad you enjoyed it
How many broke down fantastic cars but unreliable and rattle like parrot cages

I have had the pleasure of having Ned lead our trip in Utah and he is the best. Ned I hope to do it all over again in 2026.
Ned is awesome! I have so much fun when we go on adventures with him
The wee boy driving with one hand and only two fingers … not the best way to drive a 4x4
