Wing said he injured his ankle in Semi-final, and that's a reason why he only appeared in a routine in this Final. He did the last round at his own risk, and luckily, there are no further injuries.

Personally I like the raw aggression because that's one of the many visual highlights that show that these guys battle hard and not hold back. The whole "back up" thing, is nonsense. Sometimes you forget how much space is there especially when you're in heat of the moment. As long as the respect is shown at the end and everything is left on the floor where it should be then it's all good. Great battle by both crews :D

E-boys forget how hard it is to enter a battle and how much work it took to be skilled enough. Those who watch those who do. Same problem for every sports broadcasted. .
Being a bboy with no reputation and little experience, I'm still entitled to an opinion, but a respectful one! This was a crazy battle and they both went at it hard and in the end doesn't matter who won or lost, neither crew got "robbed".

Professional? Professionals get paid.. Jinjo is a professional crew. Here in the US the only professional bboys are the american BC One allstars and the monster bboys. You call it damage control.. I call it education.
We do this with a lot of pride because when I leave my state to compete Im losing money. Yet we compete against crews that all they do is break and get paid to train and travel. All of you internet experts seem to have it all figured out but don't really have a clue about anything.
I think you're missing the point and if you're gonna use the "internet experts" argument to make it seem like I'm being a know it all.... alright then that's pretty typical. That's not really what I'm saying though - I'm saying that it's pretty painful to watch you try to argue with everyone that says something negative about your crew. Whether you're good or bad is irrelevant altogether. I'm just saying this: Your attitude on the floor is your business and I don't know anything about bboying, so I can't say whether your battle style is right or wrong. But if you're an actual crew, I just think from a layman's perspective that you should have some maturity here outside of the battle. I'm saying that you're making hip hop culture look like a joke. I'm from California myself, and I have to say I'm just kind of disappointed by what I see here. If you're gonna cherrypick my words ("professional") you should at least cherrypick something relevant.
The hip hop culture and battling in general is about one upping someone else.. at least thats the original essence of it. So me checking people online would be doing so in a different way. Saying you are disappointed by what you see here is suggesting that you know how we are supposed to conduct ourselves. Yet you say you know nothing about bboying.. so how can you be disappointed? Maybe you should stay in your lane?

I say Jinjo took this one but it wasn't by far and actually i think this is one of the best battles they had cause they were put out to test their limit. Battle born is definitely one of crew that will not only test your physical strength but your mind set in a battle. That is what they are respected for... thus the name... BATTLE BORN! Word up to jinjo for winning but Respect to Battle Born for keeping it real.

Somehow you've managed to take eboying to a new level. You talk shit without watching a dope battle. Both crews were raw as hell, and ultimately showed respect at the end. Bboying should be like this, especially in a major final. If you don't want to even watch the battle, don't pretend to know what's up, because that's the epitome of willful ignorance. Peace.

Don't tell me you never went to a jam or session and made friends. Don't tell me Roxrite and Ronnie solved some kind of underlying dispute and have hated each other for the past few years since Rbcone despite touring and battling along side one another. Who we really are? Many of the people that started in that "era" of bboying aren't even around anymore. Do we still think the earth is flat? Use hydrogen blimps? It's evolution and bboying evolved and this is competition not a fight in the street

Hm, not really. You can tell just by the number of times the MC had to tell Battle Born to back up. Personally I don't have a problem with a bit of attitude within the battle, but I can see how too much can rub some people off the wrong way. I'm seeing more comments about people being annoyed that they are rude even after the battle, so yeah maybe that's why they're hating.

The approach by both teams holds the essence. I dont think atn should feel ashamed by anything. That was an ill battle. speed was the name of the game, and this being the first battle I watched form the jam, so I cant tell if any repeating is going on. But all bboys are bringin heat where usually peeps slow down at this point

Besides your original comment, you didn't. Because your original comment did already... You consider them top, but I don't. Competing internationally just means you or your crew decided to enter a battle overseas or have been around the scene and were invited to. It doesn't mean you're the top or best... It may mean you're among them. And I did say they are good and I don't diss their skill. But if an olympic runner/swimmer was a douche and acted out I'd be "hard on them" too. It was advice.
