Hey guys Thank you for all your support ! What do you think i should make it the future video ? If you have any ideas write them down here. Be sure to click on notification so you won't miss future videos. Thank you all for your support.
After watching you carving the top side of a briefcase, can i suggest some kind of a standing lamp, with layers of mixed wood, dark and light, with additions of carved wavy lines. with acrylic glass and leds.
gareth fletcher That is a great idea Gareth! It was my first time working with acrylic and I've got more ideas for it. And yours ice like icing on the cake . But it should be soft/ week just enough to glow under. Thanks buddy. Regards
That brings a idea. You could have made a slot below the branch and have strip of leds hidden there to bring out the branch decoration more. Its pretty simple thing to do while you are using leds anyways. Biggest problem i find with leds is need for power wire, or in case of battery lights, constant need to replace those batteries. For the legs, i like the later ones. To run wires on top side in construction like that, you might get away by using two peaces of acrylic, routing slots on both peaces and running silver coated wires with clear insulation for the area that can be seen and finally using acrylic glue to bind peaces together. Led light from top and bottom will make routed area more visible, but should hide the wires. If insulation is the problem visually, then just take the insulation off and run two or more wires from different channels, so there is no chance for short circuiting. To get routed slots even more visible and hide wires more, you could glue two acrylic plates together and pour colored epoxy on the routed slots.

What an absolutely stunning build. Personally I prefer the first set of legs as i think complements the table top but that does not able away from the second set as they are nice. I just prefer the first set. It is such a beautiful piece of furniture and shows how skill full you are at your craft.
Joe Fussey Thank you Joe. I was in the same side with first pair of legs. I wanted to have something which can go with the the top. But after I wasn't so sure. Thank you for your kind words and commenting. Best of luck.
I think the second set of feet artistically mimicked (in reverse) the curves of the table top. Excellent choice, in my opinion. Changing them from straight to curved really completed the aesthetic of the table. And I agree with someone else's suggestion that soft LEDs shining up through the acrylic would be REALLY cool 😄

Strike sander too : SAMCO LL All that mass is the key for durability and precision. I hope you won't give bandsaw away that thing can be for your kids too. Back than everything was made to last.
Beautiful small table. 2nd set legs looked better. One suggestion- If you rounded the flat edges on the plexi and flamed them with a torch, that section would appear more invisable. I worked with different colors of plexi and it is amazing what you can achieve by sanding and flaming it. Do more projects with exotic wood and plexi. Best of everything.
Andy Piszcz Thank you Andy. Glad you like it. Well I agree, round edge would make it more transparent and as you said nicer flow. It was my first time, however I don't own a torch and what I had left is my small orbital sander. I made sandpaper to fit from A4 sandpaper. I had only 2000gr. But surprising it's quite transparent on the edges. Anyway, thanks for your advice and I will continue to experiment with it. Regards
Andy, I noticed that the maker agreed with your idea of rounding the plexiglas edges... but I don't get your suggestion about torch flaming. Could you please provide the link to a photo or a video in which you explain this?
Marty Schlosser Hello Marty. Yes there are fev techniques how to Polish edges on acrylic or polycarbonate glass. And one of them is by using strong butane torch and you just slide over the edge with it and it leaves smooth polished like edge. Since I didn't have a torch I sand the edges up to 2000gr and they are transparent. Try to search on UA-cam " sanding acrylic glass " and you'll find videos about this. Regards
I dont have a photo or video. I sand the edges up to about 5 or 600 grit. Then with a simple bernz o matic torch lightly touch the edge with the flame. It will make the edge smooth as glass and become totally transparent. Go easy with the flame as to not get to close or you will melt the plastic. Then you must resand and repeat. Best of luck.

Beautiful. Very imaginative and unique. I liked the second set of legs and thought it would be nice if you mirrored them on top to hold the table. Much more organic. Well done!
Absolutely stunning workmanship, beautiful! I liked the two tone simply as it tied the top to the base which I think was more important due to the floating aspect of the table. All in all a wonderful piece of furniture clearly made by a master of his tools, well done.
Very elegant design. Wonderfully done. I agree the second set of legs are more fitting to the design. Stumbled onto your channel and you have a new subscriber.
That epoxied inlay of that stem was really nice looking. The first set of feet were nice, but the second set looked a lot better because they kept the overall style consistent. Nice job!
1. I admire your carpentry skills. In the video by The Q, he crosscuts on a table saw with bare hands. 2. I used the same style (your 1st legs) of Though Tenon my monitor stand, and you can stand on it! Strong joint. But you're smart to choose the curved ones. Thanks!
Thank you buddy. I agree. Proper joinery is very important. And tenons are one of the strongest. No matter what safety should always be main concern so no free hand cutting for me 😉 Take care buddy.
Yes, you did the right thing changing the feet. I was just thinking that the two toned feet were out of place and then you pulled out the second set, BEAUTIFUL design!!!!
u should try making the epoxy part round shaped like a cylinder that way there won't be any edges to glare in light. making it pretty much invisible to the eye from any angle. Good job looks amazing!
Really cool idea for the floating table, I like it. For a project idea, what about a trestle style desk with a matching chair? Or maybe decorative gift boxes of varying sizes?
Fantastic work brother and your changing the feet was the correct move , I was thinking the first set of feet was a mistake and then you changed them. Bravo 👏
Just found your channel as it was recommended. Absolutely awesome work! Each video has been amazing! Enjoying from the eastern United States. Thanks for the great content!
This is sliding table saw / panel saw or as we call them "Format saw. They can be found in almost every woodshop here you simply can't compete without it. Their characterics are long sliding tables,. Accuracy, additional scoring blade and powerful motor. I love it even if it has some years already and I'm glad you do to. When chance I'll make video all about it. Regards
Very beautiful. I wish it were bigger. I can see you making one the size of a dinner table, that maybe seats 8. It would be great, with a stand at each end.
Susan Zipf Thanks Susan. Yeah it could be bigger. But i took clients wishes into consideration while making it. That big table that you mentioned it would look super awesome. With matching chairs it would be on another level . Maybe one day :-) Thanks for watching
I like the table very much 👍 If I may a little constructive critique.... The table is too small as a coffeetable, but would be okay as a sidetable for e.g. a lamp. I like the inlaid twig, but with a larger table what about two v-shaped ones facing eachother [ < > ] ??? IMHO, I prefer the second set of feet you fitted to the table.
You have such beautiful designs, I hope you don’t mind if I make similar cutting boards and floating tables like you. Absolutely brilliant 👍🏾 you’re a true artist.👍🏾👍🏾
Thank you for your kind words buddy.. I enjoy what I do and I just wish to have more time to produce more vids.. work on new one currently. Feel free to make whatever you wish.. people often do some give credit than others don't :-) Good luck
I liked the 2nd set of legs better. The entire idea was creative and professional. Pretty awesome. I’d like to see you make something creative unique like bench to sit on while relaxing by the pool.
If you added some LED lights at the bottom, that light up the plex glass. that would be a great effect. Adding a dimer would be good too so it can be adjusted from day to night etc. Great work, it looks good.
Very cool design. You did an outstanding job on making it. I’d like to see you make a really cool box with lid. I collect unusual boxes, I started with one that my uncle made for my mom back in the 1940s that’s like a stepped pyramid made of alternating shades of wood. Surprise us with your creativity!! ❤️🤗😍
Slovenian Woodworker Thanks for replying. I forgot to mention that this wonderful table also looks magical, as if the table top is just floating above the base!! I love it! ❤️😍😘

This will work excellently. I tried this with blue LED lights and as long as the edges are highly polished the light will show thru to the edges.

No matter what safety should always be main concern so no free hand cutting for me 😉
Take care buddy.
Yes, you did the right thing changing the feet. I was just thinking that the two toned feet were out of place and then you pulled out the second set,
BEAUTIFUL design!!!!
Rob Robertson I'm glad you like it. I agree it just wasn't right. Thank you for your kind words mate. Cheers
Awesome imagination, detail, quality, and craftsmanship! Well done!
I'm glad you like it. And thank you for your kind words. Regards
Slovenian Woodworker What was that you sprayed on the jointer?
Roger Bulley Jr. That is lubricant for wood ( actual name ) CMT Brand. For jointer, saw , etc.
Your final stands are def much better! Brilliant work my friend ;D.
Thanks Damian
Awesome, unique art piece for me. I think I like that final piece u put there. Very simple, yet so elegant!
I appreciate your feedback. Thank you :-) cheers
MY FRIEND YOU ARE AN AMAZING ARTIST I LOVE YOUR WORK !!
Thank you buddy
I liked the first set of legs, it gave contrast from the base and tabel top bringing them together.
Yeah I went for that contrast. I like it too. It was a design of legs that wasn't ok.
Thank you
Beautiful work..I like the last pair of legs. It's balances out the table better. 2 thumbs up
Thank you buddy
That's a beautiful table you are a true artist with great talent.
Thank you buddy
Everything Is Amazing to do whatever you like. You do Great Work
The new legs were a way better match. Beautiful table build.👍👍🇨🇦
That looks ****ing amazing! Brilliant design and great quality of work.
Sean Anderson Thank you for your kind words. Regards
Beautiful table, I think the second choice of feet looked better. That would make a fantastic addition to anyone's furniture suite.
Nice work.
I dont understand why someone would dislike this vid?
Thanks Frank.. well some just don't get it ;-) or were disappointed they thought that I used magic. Regards
Beautiful work. I like the second one the best. The first one looks like it could break easily.
u should try making the epoxy part round shaped like a cylinder that way there won't be any edges to glare in light. making it pretty much invisible to the eye from any angle. Good job looks amazing!
I'll keep that in mind.. thank you for your feedback. Cheers
So envious of this talent. Great work. It’s a beautiful table.
No need buddy. Everything is possible. Thank you for your feedback. Cheers
Really cool idea for the floating table, I like it.
For a project idea, what about a trestle style desk with a matching chair? Or maybe decorative gift boxes of varying sizes?
I appreciate all suggestions. I think table would look great. Specially with matching chairs. Thanks for your feedback.
Fantastic work brother and your changing the feet was the correct move , I was thinking the first set of feet was a mistake and then you changed them. Bravo 👏
I'm glad you like it too buddy.
It was a good call to change it.
Thank you for your kind words.
Regards

Rick
Thank you Richard .
Amazing design. Yes I like 2nd set of legs better. It's sturdier and elegant. Great work.
Gilbert Robles Thanks for your feedback man. Thank you
Just found your channel as it was recommended. Absolutely awesome work! Each video has been amazing! Enjoying from the eastern United States. Thanks for the great content!
Also, I’ve never seen a tables saw setup like that before. I’d like to find out more info. Great videos sir!
Hello to USA. Thank you for your kind words sir. I hope you'll find always interesting videos here Thank you!
Regards
Thanks for the info! And I think a video about that setup would be great. Looks like a great machine worth learning about. Thanks again! Take care!
You probably could have used a rosin and cloth disc to get the acrylic edges super smooth.
abeeftec Sure. Next time. Thanks for watching
Fantastic build :) I like both design of feet, maybe the second set more :) Thank you for showing the build process, I really enjoyed it ॐ
The Wood Yogi I'm glad you like it buddy. It's my Plesure mate. Thank you.
I like the second ones.. Beautiful workmanship!
Thanks
Beautiful table. Excellent craftsmanship..
Thank you
It is a very artistic creation and well planned work. Really beautiful.
Thank you
Very elegant and beautiful thing. You are a great master.
I liked your second choice best for the table feet. The floating table looks cool. What about something with lights & water?
Lady Sunday Thanks for watching.. your suggestion gives me some ideas that might just happen :-) Regards
Cool! ❤✌
Not sure on the tabletop but that stand is fantastic. Definitely better with the 2nd feet. Looks really cool.
I appreciate your feedback. Thank you cheers
Feel free to make whatever you wish.. people often do some give credit than others don't :-)
Good luck
You made the right selection on the feet for the piece. Great work.
ElZorro99 Yeah that first ones hust didn't look right. Thanks buddy. Cheers
I liked the 2nd set of legs better. The entire idea was creative and professional. Pretty awesome. I’d like to see you make something creative unique like bench to sit on while relaxing by the pool.
Thank you for your kind words buddy. And for your suggestion. I will make my best. Thanks for watching
If you added some LED lights at the bottom, that light up the plex glass. that would be a great effect. Adding a dimer would be good too so it can be adjusted from day to night etc. Great work, it looks good.
Thanks buddy for your feedback.. I agree.. that's why I made another one similar to this and I add LEDs. Video is up. Thank you for watching. Cheers
Thank you for your kind words and sharing that with me :-) I'll do my best. Kind regards
Slovenian Woodworker Thanks for replying. I forgot to mention that this wonderful table also looks magical, as if the table top is just floating above the base!! I love it! ❤️😍😘
