I climbed that mountain in 2016 with my girlfriend at the time, it’s a wild hike I didn’t do the harnesses walk that you did lol that takes guts, great to see it all again it’s so beautiful
Very enjoyable, great drone footage, beautiful scenery, and excellent commentary. It was nice of you to think of the cat when you took this hike. Thanks for sharing.
You have the guts to do this -respect to you. I could not at my age now. Thk u for the video. Informative, revealing and fun to watch. Blessings to you.
I just found your channel by accident and started watching this particular video. Here I am in my southern California home, just after midnight, with you guiding me on this terrifying but EXHILARATING hike of Huashan Mountain! I almost feel like I need a cable to hold on to going from my family room to my bedroom now! 😲🤣 Thank you so much for making, editing, and sharing this SUPERB video! Needless to say, I just SUBSCRIBED, and am looking forward to seeing your other videos. Thank you, Fawn!🙏🤗
Thank you so much! Very encouraged to hear your words! Haha, it was indeed terrifying for me, glad that feeling came through even through the screen. :)
Whoa! I was just imagining how it was for the guys that built and installed all those safety platforms and cables and things. 😳😳 Absolutely stunning video Fawn! Thank you for your courage and for bringing me along. 😌😌🙏🏽🇫🇷
Fawn I have watched several of your videos. I am lost for words just fantastic. Your narration and music choice are excellent. I have forwarded your videos to my grand-daughter (20 years) who wants to travel. I cannot praise these videos enough.
This is exhillerating and your presentation style is so engaging. I was scared just watching it, sat here in my comfy chair, thanks for taking us on your journey, we couldn't be in better hands! And thanks for feeding the cats, what a lovely touch
I am in awe; I have seen many Huashan videos but yours was the most amazing. From what i had seen previously, there were many more people but happy you made it to the chess pavilion. Thank you for this wonderful video.
Great video! I appreciate your humble attitude and very good commentary. I went to Xian during Mid Autumn Festival with my GF a few years ago, and we also went to Huashan. I had injured my shoulder and couldn't lift my arm so we didn't do the plank trail or the Chess Pagoda trail, but went to all the peaks. An incredible place! China is blessed with so much beautiful and amazing scenery.
You made it look easy though ik it’s not lol but it does make one think they could do it too. Also you went on such a beautiful day, clear blue skies and green all around. Looks absolutely stunning on camera. Thanks for sharing this.
Thank you Fawn for taking us on your special journey to a sacred, spiritual place. You did wonderful work on this video, sharing the history, the heights, scenery, beautiful music, and feeding the cats ❤
GIRRRRRL, YOU ARE SOOOOO BRAVE, I FELT ILL JUST WATCHING YOU CROSS THAT MOUNTAIN. WHAT AMAZING VIEWS THOUGH & ON BEHALF OF THE LIL KITTIES , MEOW THANK YOU MEOW. 😸 ❤ 😸
This is the first of your videos that I have watched, Fawn, and it is truly amazing. What a beautiful place it is and, if I were younger and braver, I would love to visit all five of those magnificent peaks. However, as I am neither, I am more than happy to content myself with watching your video. Well done and thank you.
Just happen to come across your video from Malaysia here. I have just subscribed to your channel as this video is very interesting and challenging. Looking forward to more interesting videos from you. I have managed to finish watching the whole video even though there are so many advertisement along the way.
Thank you for this wonderful video! The authenticity in each scene really impressed and touched me. Every detail can be done very realistically, helping viewers feel more clearly about the beauty and culture. Hope to see more videos from you
I just found your channel from a search for snowboarding in Lake Tahoe and decided to watch this video...WOW! China is such a fascinating and beautiful country , I would love to visit it someday . keep up the great work on the videos!
Awesome! Thank you! I hope you get to visit as well! Fun fact, Huashan has one of the biggest indoor snowboard park in China, during my stay there, there were many people staying there for snowboarding as well.
Thank you for sharing the beautiful scenery of Hua Shan 華山. You speak English fluently and certainly you are not just brave to hike the peaks but a very natural and beautiful girl too. Will continue watching your vlog. Have been to Hua Shan twice and climbed up buy not the death defying cliffs.😅😂🤣
Your so brave I was at the edge of my seat. gave me anxiety 😊 wow what a great experience for you! I’ve could never done that I’m So scared of heights. Great video 😊
Everything about that place was amazing. From that crazy long cable car ride. To the tunnel carved out of the mountain. To the hiking trails. Some of the workers don't seem friendly or seem to care.
i was there last week. the trip was amazing! even though it was a bit misty but it turns out for the best cz i didnt have a clear view of the downwards cliff!
Very very enjoyable video. I really admire how you captured all the essence as well as the thrill of the dangerous trails. I was sweating all along. Also you camera is very good, beautiful and natural colors.
Amazing video! The best and most helpful one I've watched! As someone who has a deep fear of heights, I can only appreciate the natural beauty of the mountains through videos like yours. Thank you! I always heard they didn't allow cameras other than phones. Were GoPros and drones allowed too?
Well done. I did that in 2008 ... now I am too old. The plank walk isn't that bad when you are facing the mountain. And I was on double harness so I didn't fill too deadly. Without harness that would have been totally different. This hike is something I can never forget.
thank you for this video❤️... my hands were sweating while watching... im scared of heights but i enjoyed watching it. of all the huashan vids i've watched, yours is the most exciting and scary...❤️😊thank you and god bless! new subscriber here...❤️❤️❤️🇨🇦
Well the fact you are hook in basically means you are safe. But falling down those stair or someone else falling on you if they slip means you could get really hurt. My biggest problem would my fear basically freezing me so I could no move while I have a panic attack.
Love from France, I am too old now (87) but if I were younger I would certainly follow your steps! Thanks for sharing.
You are so welcome!
祝福你健康
Hell yeh Jean!!!! You could still do it, I believe in you 😉
@@meggo4206she mentioned in the video that you are not permitted to do this hike unless you are under 55
@@nicolafitzgerald I missed that, thanks Nicola 😇
This is the best Huashan video I have seen. Thanks for the amazing job.

@@nickhayes5471haha that part is indeed the scariest!

"This is so terrifying"...... She said, as she held on with one hand, put a leg out, and recorded a video on her phone.

I always heard they didn't allow cameras other than phones. Were GoPros and drones allowed too?
Yes both are allowed, they just recommend you have a lineyard on your phone so you don't drop it.
Omg god bless u 🙏 you so amazing doing that greetings from uk 🇬🇧 👍

Wow it's amazing.., n I'm so proud of who was constructed the scary way.
Haha yes, it was a Taoist monk who first built the sky plank
Спасибо тебе за классное путешествие! Спасибо! Мира всем нам!🕊🌿🌏
Amazing 👍👍👍
Just by watching your video, I felt like I was there with you, and it was so scary. The scariest part for me is when you are walking on the plank.
I love this! Thank you!
Glad you like it!
Wow ,besides being beautiful, you have more bottle than me,I would be screaming when walking them planks. Take care and be lucky 🫂🙏
You have a beautiful calming voice
Well the fact you are hook in basically means you are safe. But falling down those stair or someone else falling on you if they slip means you could get really hurt. My biggest problem would my fear basically freezing me so I could no move while I have a panic attack.
I didn't know such incredible places existed....ciao dall'Italia!
I’m guessing the face-out requirement for the metal steps is so you don’t inadvertently kick someone and cause them to lose their grip?
Yes, that makes a lot of sense now! Haha
