      Jorge he’s fought Fury and Ortiz, both he’s struggled a ton with!! The rest were bums that he struggled with!! Also that has taken 40+ fights!! Joshua has done all of this in 24! Winning the Championship! Becoming unified champion! 6 title defences! List of boxers such as Whyte, Klitschko, Parker, Povetkin and add Ruiz in the mix!! Coming back from a crushing defeat and schooling the guy who defeated him only 6 months later! His Legacy so far is great! All he needs to do is fight Wilder and Fury, Win or Lose that will set his Legacy in stone!!

    Can see how it looks early but taking too many heavy punches in a row like that without going down would give him brain damage its not always about waiting until they are out.

    • @martinlutherking8169
      @martinlutherking8169 4 роки тому +15

      Even a single punch can cause brain damage. Refree should not stop the fight early when a fighter is still there in the fight and in full control of himself. Any upset can happen at any second of the fight. They get the title shot after great deal of hard work.

      Takam is a warrior whose fought some really good, tough fighters and held his own against. I think the referee had a poor angle at what he thought he was seeing . Carlos clearly didn't get hit like the ref thought he did so the stoppage in my opinion was premature. However, i dont think the fight would have lasted another round and carlos would have been stopped.

    the best referee so far is this.. just imagine this ref stopped to check for Takam welfare 3times, nobody talk to believe AJ could have use that 45seconds to kill Takam.. then let's believe boxing is the most dangerous game, only ref was there seeing the damage on Takam face.. So, why must Takam died on the Ring because you are enjoying your self..
    kudos once again to this fabulous referee for letting Takam live again .

      Spitfire’s Take coming from someone who called the Ruiz victory at 21/1 odds, let me explain to you: AJ will almost certainly lose to Ruiz again. This time within first three rounds.
      Joshua’s problem is his conditioning. He’ll lose to anyone durable that forces him to throw many punches. He knows this himself that he can’t sustain a fast-paced fight. He would have definitely lost to Parker if the ref had let them engage each other on the inside and forced him to throw punches. (It’s not a coincidence that the ref stops the fight mid round for Joshua to repair his gloves in this takam fight lol he’s giving him a one minute extra time for catching his breath)
      Ruiz FORCES you to throw punches with his style.. to keep him at bay. Joshua knows this so he’ll try and end the fight early for fear of gassing out. If he tries and he can’t, he’s getting knocked out!!!!!
      My prediction: Ruiz in 2nd or 3rd in a gunslinger, gung ho fight whilst it lasts
      ✌🏾

      @youraverageguy5746 4 роки тому

      @BL00D for PRIDE He's not a mirror of Ali, like Kobe to MJ but they do have a lot in common. Not both just only being one of the greatest heavyweight fighters of all time, but their influence outside the ring. Some great fighters just can't move masses in a country, De La Hoya, Mayweather, Wilder, etc. are viewed as great all time fighters but they don't got an impact or energy that much to a country, like almost leaders like Pacquiao to the Philippines and Ali to the U.S.
      AJ is seen as a hero to the masses in the UK, to many where he was born in Nigeria, and widely respected across the globe, some view him as a coward but those are only haters. AJ is going to beat Tyson and when it all said and done, he is going to be a more well-known great, more than he is today.

    • @vesnalazic6379

      @@youraverageguy5746 and most people don't know he's highly regarded in Nigeria An UK and Saudi Arabia he's highly regarded in those three places and also he's one of the four people to avenge his immediate rematch he also is one of Muhammad Ali to fight in a Muslim country just like how when Muhammad Ali won his immediate rematch he renounces religion to Islam where aj won his rematch and he did it in the Muslim country.
      I believe wholeheartedly that AJ will become the Finish article, the only person that can match Muhammad Ali greatness is Anthony Joshua.
      Because when Anthony Joshua becomes a WBC champion he'll also have the Ring magazine meaning he will have all six belts and he'll become Undisputed meaning Anthony Joshua is the only person to have all six belts in his position to become Undisputed and he's only person to defend his Undisputed 6 belts which has never been done before. there has never been Undisputed that has all six belts in their possession while defending their Undisputed 6 belts and Joshua can become it when he gets the WBC belt an the Ring magazine belt.
