Lemon Flower Cake 🍋🍋🍋

I cant believe I haven't shared a lemon cake recipe on my channel yet. So here we go, also found these beautiful edible flowers that i had to decorate the cake with, and was so happy with it!
Recipe: (Makes 6" cake / 4 cake layers or 7" cake / 3 layers)
300g caster sugar
300g butter
3 eggs
300g flour
3 tsp baking powder
150ml milk
zest of 3 lemons

Do you have a good egg-free recipe for vanilla sponge? I am as of later highly allergic to eggs.
