Good morning [Oz time] I was just killing time and stumbled onto this video. Where in England is the property located, and what are the prices like for the real estate market there at the moment. I am in Queensland where its 32C at the moment and anything that gets a For Sale sign on it sells before the sign is even on the property.
Property is located in Kent in a little sea side town called broadstairs. Market is definitely a little slower that it was last year, however, it is a bad time to try and sell seeing as people are now thinking Christmas presents!
