  • For his 1937 film "Something to Sing About," Cagney hired two of his old vaudeville buddies: Harland Dixon, who had been famous on Broadway but never became a movie star, and Jimmy Boyle, who would later coach Cagney for "Yankee Doodle Dandy"

    PPS: And they're doing Soft Shoe, so they don't even have to re-dub the taps (nor really kill their joints - lol)! 3, sharing in the sound-making.
    BEAUTY. Such lovely choreography!
