Yea, poor guy they shut it down for a few minutes straight after.
I can't believe these events are still running. The amount of injuries that people sustain is ridiculous.

Marmite Moringa it's a 12 mile run littered with obstacles that constantly test your upper body strength, not as easy as it looks

R.J Williams yea pretty much, 13 miles of obstacles and running. it costs around £100 per person to enter..
If there were tunnels with water where you had to go through, I wouldn't do it.

Im doing this in 4 weeks time, there's no way in hell im going to pass this madness.
Karl donnitz it’s not as bad as everyone makes out. There is a lot of waiting in cues for most obstacles so you will catch your breathe and most obstacles are actually optional - I found all of them straight forward but I will warn you the ice bath was bad BUT the electric shock at the end of the event is brutal! It’s honestly put me off doing this again!

Well as you said it aint that bad. I never trained for it and did it in 4 hrs. Loved every second of it.
