@@JakeFrG My concern is were I to add a roof rack or even just cross bars it would exceed the 7" garage clearance so often seen here in Utah. But I do like that this just clears as is.
Did you have to put spacers on the rear wheels? I was always under the impression that if you lift a truck with IFS the front wheels will poke out farther than the rear?
This is a beaut! A question. How do you think this truck as is would look if you added body colored, white fender flares to it? I like the extra width of the poke, but am worried about dirt and gravel being thrown up along the lower sides, and imagine fender flares lined up to the outside or near outside of this poke would solve that. And might even look great too! What do you think, and any pros or cons of doing so?
Thanks mate. Fender flares are a good solution for that. It would basically be a Rocky Ridge if flares are on. Cons are mainly that paint match will never be perfect, and you have to be more conscious of rubbing.
@@JakeFrG Ah, I didn't think about the rubbing issue. I'll look into that more, since I definitely want to up the tires to 35's. I am thinking about finding a tire that is not 12.5" wide, but maybe closer to 10", which if I can find it in a 35"+, will I suspect not only help with that rubbing concern but also might handle snow and ice better given more lbs per square inch on the ground with the narrower tires. My thoughts anyway. But man, this looks awesome. Nicely done.
None here. 37s would definitely rub and require cutting crash bars. I only had to trim a small part of the air dam, but I ended up taking the whole thing off anyways just to give a better look😂
Can you go into parking garages with a 4" lift? Beautiful truck!
Most in TX. Clearance is 6 ft 9in

No spacers. The offset is equal between front and back.
@@JakeFrG I appreciate the response. Just ordered the last parts for my lift today. Hoping to install in a week or two.

When you say it rides better than stock, do you mean softer on the street or sucks up the bumps off road?
It’s smoother on the road. It performs great off-road too but it’s not a long travel coilover gotta remember.
What size block did you do in the rear?
How do the tires ride on the highway?
Not a big difference from stock. Bigger tires pick up more bumps but the coil overs make a huge difference in making it smooth
@@JakeFrG got it, thanks 👍

What offset are the rims?
-18
Thanks
The gas mileage drop down after u took off the air damn or no?
Not noticeably from the air dam. The biggest drop was from the oversize tires and wheels.
@@JakeFrG any issues ?
@@Biỉank777 None at all it’s been a year since I added the lift and it’s still great.
@@JakeFrG thank for your feedback i will took it off 1 day it just look nice.
Which size rear blocks ? Thx
Well it’s a 4 inch lift. So probably 4 inches😂
