    I would suggest that instead of doing it like any other workout just keep it wherever you spend a lot of time and squeeze it for fun as many times as you can (but make sure you don't over do it). Also I suggest you try one arm hangs. Also do you do bodybuilding, strength training, or calisthenics?

      yes, i do mainly bodybuilding but like to do calisthenics occasionally. but yes, i learned from this experiment to not do it every day ever again 😂

    I do 5 sets of 25 front back and backwards. With a wrist curl devise I got from marcy. It makes a huge difference I can barely get my forearm in the machine anymore

    It works for me. I'm two weeks in. First week, I did everyday. Didn't see much results. Second week, I did every other day and saw clear result on my forearm! I'm gonna keep going.

    Grippers are great,But i would recomend doing a dead hang with a thick/fat grip.
    from what i've seen it really made my grip stronger it and my forearms grow to. 5x40seconds or your max hang time should work i think.

    I can press 80 kg with ease and it takes some efforts for 100 kg. I think you need to grind more or maybe I grinded myself more, and am still grinding

    I wouldn't recommend working out a muscle group every day. Without proper recovery time your strength neither muscle size/mass will grow. And if you do attempt this 7 day challenge and see little to no progress keep in mind realistically it take roughly 90 days for visible/noticeable progress.

      Hey, of course I gotchu!
      If you’re a beginner and want to get veinier arms, the best advice I can give you is to start working out with calisthenics, it is best to start off slow, and start by doing the compound stuff. Make sure you have calisthenics equipment around, maybe even go to a park if you can too.
      I will list out the exercises, from easiest to hardest with the /, scroll down to see
      FULL BODY WORKOUT:
      3 Sets to failure pushups
      3 Sets to failure chinups/pullups
      3 Sets to failure squats/one leg squat
      3 Sets to failure hanging knee raises/leg raise
      2-3 Times a week
      Exercises where you hang off the bar like the chin up or the hanging knee raises, also work your forearms!
      These are the basic principles you need to start out if you’re new, and I’d say use the hand gripper twice a week, and keep it moderate, overdoing it can injure you!
      As you keep getting stronger and progressing and these get easier, congrats! You’re ready to advance, and can go on youtube and find full body calisthenic workouts from youtubers. (Stan Browney, Chris Heria)

    7 days is this a insane challenge for you guys? I've been doing 60 kg for over 7 months now for about 500 reps for Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday and 1000 reps on Saturday and rest on Sunday I'm 13 but my grip stronger than any adult but my strength really isnt

    100 reps each hand
    1 minute rest between each set
    5 sets
    everyday

      Bruh I'm doing these from more than 6 months and I hardly saw any gains yeah my grip improved a little but my forearm are still small probably I'm not taking good nutrition

    Your videos are very high quality I can’t believe they are not getting much views they are like popular fitness channels quality of fitness tests so I believe that because your fitness videos are a bit new the algorithm isn’t recommending you yet once recommendation do a boxing mma workout try that out for a month and if you do that I will subscribe and watch your channel

    Umm I think that gripper also seems pretty difficult for beginners ,to me, it was pure easiness. I overdid mine until 1200 reps a day with 60kg grip 🗿
    Fun fact : the harder the gripper, the better it helps to build ur grip strength, forearm size and more benefits
