Members of my photography club and I enjoy using both traditional DSLR cameras and drones. Can you share any advice on getting all the necessary authorizations for piloting drones in Iceland?

Then it's not broad enough. An 18mm focal length on a D3300 is the same as 27mm. You can watch the first episode of Photographing the World with Elia Locardi - in that he explains more in depth what your options are at that location :)

Nice video but your pronunciation of Kirkjufell is wrong. In Icelandic a double l sound is pronounced tl and so you actually say Kirkjufetl
