Spacious flat but 17 crore for Chembur makes no sense. It is a mid income location. Jvpd or carter road have many better properties for same price.
I agree with you, the prices are definitely up since there’s a good scope of negotiation which is unlikely in already established parts of south mumbai.

Instead I'll go nd buy a property in Worli or Bandra, if I had that kind of money. In Worli u can get 4000 sqft flat (carpet area) for 16 Crores (BSP) i.e. 40K per sqft. Frankly I don't think that Chembur stands a chance against Worli or Bandra
Lodha park, lodha world towers are worth it with huge society
@@kirthak100 as far as I know both these towers are not in Worli. Lodha Park is in very close vicinity to Lower Parel nd World Towers are stack in the middle of Lower Parel.
Because of infrastructure deficiency Lower Parel commands less premium than Worli/Bandra. As you can get high end apartments for 28K - 30K per sqft (carpet area) like Lodha Park nd World Towers
In Worli I don't think anything can beat Omkar 1973. As it's right in the heart of Worli. Similarly In Bandra 81 Aureate would be the best choice

That is above 52000 per sq ft. Dont think such an ask is realistic in Chembur. More like 11-12 crores.
The apartment you see in the video is a fully furnished property which is on sale for 17 crore. Although the other apartments in the building are completely bareshell apartments which are priced at a much lower range.
