    Brother, is it ok if I don't do WEIGHTED squats and do normal WEIGHTLESS squats and increases the number of reps in normal squats because I don't feel anything when I do WEIGHTED squats and I feel some efforts in WEIGHTLESS normal squats

    Hello bhai I am knee dominant bowler I really need this help so pls pls reply. I want to increase my pace but I am confused some ppl tell me that arm speed is more important and some ppl tell me that strength is more important to increase pace. Pls tell me which is more important arm arm speed or strength????

      Arm speed is mostly important for hip dominant for knee dominant strength and rotational power is important
