- The Vale of Eternal Blossoms is a region at the center of the continent of Pandaria, and has great cultural importance to both the pandaren and mogu, particularly due to the Mogu'shan Palace. Formerly known as a Cradle of Life and used as a place of experimentation by the titans similar to Sholazar Basin and Un'Goro Crater, this vale of golden flowers and trees served as the seat of power for the rulers of Pandaria, such as the mogu rulers following the death of Lei Shen.
After the Alliance and Horde came to Pandaria bringing their war with them, the August Celestials decided to reopen the gate after sealing it following the downfall of the mogu empire. The Alliance and Horde proved themselves in aiding the Golden Lotus in defeating the Shao-Tien mogu. Later, Warchief Garrosh Hellscream used the vale's power as a means to revive the Heart of Y'Shaarj. The Old God's power utterly destroyed the eastern half of the vale, causing some to refer to it as the Vale of Eternal Sorrows. Following the Siege of Orgrimmar, Emperor Shaohao's spirit planted a magical tree in the center of the destruction, providing hope that the vale will heal one day now that Pandaria need no longer fear the seven breaths of Y'Shaarj.

I've been delaying this zone so many times. The reason is more or less the same regarding the destroyed zones: I preferred the Vale as it was when I first walked into it during the launch of Mists of Pandaria, which is a pristine / uncorrupted zone.
I tried for many days to restore the old map, I've succeeded with the help of my friends, but I did not have enough data to restore the NPCs from it. I've filmed a few minutes in the beginning so you can see how was it like. In 8.3, Blizzard restored most of the area, but it's not exactly the same. Anyway, if the channel will remain long enough active to experience MoP Classic, I hope I'll create again a tranquil music video with the uncorrupted Vale.

Thank you for your efforts restoring the Vale, the beauty of classic MoP was special to many. I don't play anymore so your video's are a favoured way back and feeds our sentimentality, most grateful.
This really means a lot to us, thank you for your efforts in restoring it! I wish Blizzard would stop their tendency of setting up amazing places only to have some quest or Patch ruin them...
Thy always pick great ones too, with the Vale being a prime example, but also the Jade Forest, Theramore, Teldrassil, The Barrens and, the worst offender in my book, the Wetlands (which was my favourite zone...)
With the Technology being what it is, I don't understand why they don't implement the alternate timeline versions, like they did for Darkshore or even Theramore. Just let people enjoy the game.
Isn't the vale uncorrupted if you go with a fresh low level character?
@@utah123ify The low level characters start on the Wandering Isle, the big turtle with the start area on its back. Once you finish the quests there and pick your faction (since Pandaren start out with no faction), you basically get booted to Stormwind or Orgrimmar to "begin adventuring". Even if you go to Pandaria, you'll basically be running the same quest chains as a regular character from when the expansion was active.
@@vtr0104 I know. I'm just saying wont you see the uncorrupted versions if you go there on a fresh char that isn't max level and hasn't played through the storylines?
Mist of Pandaria was truly an extremely underrated masterpiece! Loved it from the beginning to the end!

I was one of those who complained at the thought of an expansion based around 'Pandas', but as time past it grew on me and ended up as beign my favorite expansion. The fact that they have actually managed to create new a lore which fit in the existing one without major retcons and ruining previous established one, the thing they are still struggling in these last few expansions.
@@gurolergunsumer5744 that’s the thing as to why it was so perfect. They found some new lore, made some minor retcons to the existing lore then made it work! Shadowlands was pretty new lore but with the extreme amount of retcons and destroying many great characters, which is why it’s probably the most hated expansion. They said they’re following what MoP did which leaves some hope but I won’t truly know until I see some action to itZ
If i ever come back to WoW or better start Classic, i think MoP would be the one expansion. I still love everything around it, but at the time my guild wrecked itself and i stopped playing way too early. Later revisited it before WoD launched and loved it a lot.I still think is Blizzards sole masterpiece when it comes to delivering a nearly perfect package in design, where every nook and cranny fitted into the game and just clicks. Every zone was distinctive and had its highlights, but still fit into the overall picture. We can argue about Gearing, Difficulty, Class Design etc, but from an pure visual design POV, this Expansions tops them all or at leasts battles for the Crown with Wrath.
I had always wantted to see the Vale of Eternal Blossoms... I have never pay wow but i played and explored Pandaria and i love it.

Hey, Meisio! Have you ever thought about doing only ambience videos (no music, only ambience) like you did with Elwynn before? Idk if I have asked before but I think that would be great for some DnD games and more stuff like that! I think that the vanilla zones especially will work quite well since the older wow zones have a lot more ambient music that blends a lot more with the background in comparison with the newer ones.

The plan is to create ambiences for all the zones in World of Warcraft. I've postponed the gameplays and the ambiences because I am incapable of finishing one thing because of the complexity of the work.
Hopefully this year I'll bring back the diversity on the channel, as I am nearly finishing the music & ambience for all expansions so far (I will have only the Cataclysm old zones).

You wait for Mists of Pandaria Classic before the 5.4 patch.
There is a version of the uncorrupted Vale which was implemented in the game in the 8.3 patch, but it's not the original.
